Buyer beware is all I can say. Booked end of tenancy cleaning with them. Asking for full payment in cash before doing the job should have set my alarm bells ringing. At least only lost £80 when I decided to cancel the job when they turned up late and said they could not guarantee how clean the end job would be.

Unprofessional cleaners
the cleaners arrived lated, took the payment first, finished early (without putting much effort) and when asked why windows/carpets/furniture were missed, he talked back "I won't do it. If the agent says any problem call us back".
this was for end of tenancy cleaning.

Damaged my floor while cleaning it
They have irreparably damaged the wooden floor of my flat while cleaning it and now claim that they did not cause the damage.
Before they started the cleaning, they took plenty of photos documenting every minor imperfection they could find in every room, so if they did not cause the damage they should easily be able to prove it with one of their photos. However, they now claim that they somehow did not take a photo of the large and very visible black stain on the floor in the middle of one of the rooms. They have obviously spilled a cleaning product on the floor, although I had clearly instructed them not to use any product on my oiled wooden floor. I am very disappointed and advise everyone to stay away from this company.
