Mohammed Sajid was polite, quick, and efficient in dealing with this issue.
It makes a pleasant change to actually speak to a person who answers the phone almost immediately and can help you. Much better than having to wait on hold for up to an hour, which we don't have time for here, or to go online to talk to a robot.
