Easy to get sample tile and when it came to ordering the price was lower than we expected. Delivery was also problem free even though we live in an area hard to find.

Tile is beautiful and sample arrived fast and perfectly wrapped. We are not starting until after xmas but I have definetely found my flooring tiling.

Fantastic service and products from Crown Tiles. Let's say I wasn't the easiest of customers. I kept adding to orders, ordering more etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike H, who was getting many emails and phone calls from me😬. I shall definitely be using again and recommending 👍

The tiles I chose were in a sale, which made them affordable for my project. The tiles are excellent quality and look great. Delivery was pricy, so make sure you have measured and ordered what you need and time to take the delivery, you can choose your day but not the time. Online ordering was very easy. Communication was excellent about my delivery and the driver was brilliant, listened and dropped my order were I asked near my garage for me to unpack and not have to leave outside for too long. Packing was very secure. I have not opened all the boxes yet, but the ones I have are undamaged and good condition. Very happy.

The service was Amazing on both occasions and tiles are superb more than pleased ,however on our second delivery the delivery man was not sociable and very abrupt ,not helpful at all which was a shame because this customer service is a fist class firm and I will definitely shop with them again.

Amazing floor tiles, great colour and quality marble porcelain tiles. Great customer service kept me fully updated as they needed to order more tiles to match big order.

Excellent product and service. My product didn’t arrive when it was due and when I contacted them they got back to me immediately and it was delivered the following day. This wasn’t their fault but it was the delivery company’s fault.

Everything went smoothly apart from delivery, pallet was too small for removal off delivery truck, so pavers now returned to hauliers to be put on large pallet

Lovely tiles with fast delivery.
Abit disappointed as I bought them with 45% off which i thought was a bargain..only to see there was 50% off the after I bought them..😟
I just hope it doesn't go up to 60% when they offer finishes!
