Company is alright. products aren't as good

The company in general isn't bad. But their fur is definitely not worth the price you pay. I bought about 2 1/2 meters of silver fur for about £150.when it arrived it had crusted chewing gum? or something like that in the fur fibers. Which definitely isn't good considering the high price of the fur. also generally isn't as good quality as you expect for the price.

The customer service is good though and they gave me a 10% discount when i told them my discount didn't work after having an order cancelled
