CR Smith - Windows, Doors & Repairs Reviews

Got a quote from cr smith for secondary glassing in a listed building. The quote was just coming in at under £19k, cr smith get the windows from another supplier. I told the guy who gave me quote it was to expensive as I had already been quoted just under £9k I found out the company that supplied cr smith with the windows and I got a quote from the supplier of just under £5k so cr smith are making a mark up of nearly £14k which beggars belief and it’s just total greed. I would definitely never recommend this company.

My experience with CR Smith is A1. Everything has been smooth and the installation guys were fantastic. They even cleaned the sticky marks left by the labels off the glass. They hoovered up all the tiny bits of plaster. Their work attitude was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CR Smith to anyone. The quality of my windows and door is fantastic.

Great advice & recommendations initially then work carried out by friendly & professionals - Thomas & Dane who cleared up after themselves. Great service.

On arrival the lead joiner explained everything before starting to removing my old door. Checked measurements and reassured me all to my specifications. They arrived on time and got the job done earlier than expected. Superb finish - confirmed they would advise CR Smith to instruct small repair required to outside which was expected. Great job done and window sparkling and house and garden left as they found it. 10 out if 10.

Wayne and Derek were excellent checked what needed to be done then just got on and replaced units and fixed conservatory roof, tidied up. Excellent service.

Contacted CR Smith regarding a couple of snagging issues with my new windows. Customer service was excellent. Anytime I have phoned I have received nothing but a friendly, positive response. Appointment made for an inspection. Inspector (Graham) arrived and was very professional. Within 3 weeks the necessary work was carried out by an extremely helpful joiner (John). Nothing was too much for him and he was a perfectionist which is always a good sign.
Have to say that I was very impressed with CR Smith after sales team. It’s good to have peace of mind knowing this assistance is always available.

Very professional. Friendly and helpful installers. Great product and great work

Albeit the original installation date was postponed the crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The main window pane is of significant size and two other crews were summoned to enable the glass to be man handled into place. The exterior and interior trim has been completed to a high standard and the senior installer went above and beyond to resolve an issue emanating from the plastic fascia above the main window which had been retaining rain water. Both members of the team were polite and courteous throughout. We were also reassured by the ongoing contact from CR Smith customer service both leading up to the installation and afterwards. The decorator is now due to attend to apply some finishing touches.

Great workman fitting the doors, very clean and tidy. Doors look great and very pleased with the survice.

I’m so pleased with the job the installation team Micheal and Liam did. Timely, and so efficient. Eye for detail evident from design and fit, to clean up. No fuss no drama, really experienced, smart approach with quality finish.
Steve was helpful to get the ball rolling and advise the best product for my project.
I appreciated the respectful approach to my circumstances, and a wee half time call from Lewis to check how things were going.
Grateful to the whole team.
