Shocking customer service, have a passenger in need of urgent assistance, on on for over 30 mins on two occasions, emailed as suggested - urgent but no reply, passenger is stranded in Japan and they just don’t respond! Shocking considering he has been a customer for many years and spent 10’s thousands of pounds

Maybe this review will prompt them to either answer there phone or respond to urgent emails

i have just booked a carribean cruise with Marcia Thompson from cruise club uk, Marcia was so friendly and knew absolutely everything and more about the cruise i wanted to book, Marcia made the booking process so easy and recommended which would be the best balcony available to book

on 28 November2023 my cousin and I went on a cruise with cruise club on the MSC Seaside. To say I was sorely disappointed is a gross understatement. We chose this cruise because it was going to Guadaloupe (twice) and Martinique (twice) both places we had not been to. We were so looking forward to it but we felt we were on a ferry. Cruises usually go to a port stay a few hours and then move on. Not with this ferry. Both times we docked at Guadaloupe and Martinique and hundreds of passengers embarked and hundreds disembarked. At no point in the sales transaction or indeed in the advertisement was this made known. We felt as though we were on the No. 21 bus. It was horrible. Also what entertainment we had on thefirst week was repeated on the second week. Never never again will we travel with Cruise Club or MSC.

To start with Mia our sales consultant, she was so helpful with both our flight and cruise. The Caribbean cruise was our 1st in that area and was what we expected but flying buissness class started and ended the holiday perfect. I will be booking my next holiday with cruise UK and Mia.

Mia Hall provided me with outstanding care and service in difficult circumstances from the terminal diagnosis of my father which effected my holiday. She called me back when she said she would. First time using Cruise Club UK to book a cruise. Very informative, friendly service from Olive who was able to answer queries immediately.

I have been dealing with a Mia Hall regarding a cruise for my elderly parents and other family members.
