I'm the one who applied for a cruise here and sent my father on a trip to celebrate his 80th birthday I got a call from my father today, and I'm so angry to hear that the ship that left Naha came back to Naha due to technical problems and just left it at the pier and went back I'd like to hear from you about the above case and how to compensate I'm very angry that I ruined the trip, double the cost of the hotel, and I just left the old people behind, and I ask for a quick reply
first time cruising and solo, no issue with the food and facilities crew was friendly and food is ok and arrive port of calls and departed on schedule, had issue with the system on arranging shore excursion schedule was disorganized missed my booked shorex in ishigaki due to different times provided and was forced to take another i did not like, disembarkation was also disorganized was 3hrs late to disembarked due to apparent luggage, bus service and other factors, would i go cruise with them again, maybe, but not anytime soon. but overall it was an ok cruise considering the budget.
