Amazing quality
I just received my Crumpler bags, one for my work accessories and one for my photo equipment. Amazing quality and usability. Both of the bags are medium sized, but both of them have a lot of space inside. Dinky Di Messenger M Classic should contain more small pockets (etc for pens, notebook accessories - mouse, ear-pods) which could help to find the smaller objects quicker. This bag is all-day bag, you can pack everything what you need on a normal day. The FrontRow Camera Messenger 4500 is more than enough for two spare lenses and for a larger mirrorless camera with lens attached. I could easily pack all my camera accessories to the pockets with my notebooks. I think there is enough space left to include my tripod in case it needed. Thanks Crumpler for the extraordinary quality!

The bags are great but ...
Three stars explained: if you write to Crumpler (Messenger (FB), or to the e-mail address they advertise), there is no answer. Zero stars for that. Once you order a bag or a backpack, it is delivered quickly, safely - and the Crumpler bags & backpacks are sturdy and practical (I am speaking from experience, I have a few of them.) Five stars for that.

An excellent backpack and good service
I am a big fan of crumpler bags and was buying them since time when they became available. I have recently bought a crumpler mantra bag. The bag quality and build is amazing as all crumpler bags that I bought so far. I was very happy with the compartment for laptop which hides it and is very conveniently located. There was some issue when the bag was shipped from Germany and arrived in the UK where I was asked to pay about 40 pounds of duty. This was understandable quite some shock to me. I have immediately contacted crumpler customer service who after some small delay fixed the issue. I can highly recommend crumpler!

Great improvement on the previous time…
Great improvement on the previous time I had bought on Crumpler online.The product as always awesome, trustworthy and stunning. My only concern the size of the packaging and all that plastic in which the item came in.

European customer service is useless. They don't answer most of the time, and if you send something for a repair you never hear back again.

Great products but crappy customer service.
Great products, but my experience is unfortunate that their customer service sucks when there is problem like a broken zipper or similar. Do not count on their 5 year warranty because they do not even answer on emails unless it is related to new purchases.

Ergonomic, spacious and durable backpacks
The main reasons I got BackLoad Crumpler backpack is:
- ergonomic design (you immediately feel the difference when you put it on your back)
- spacious with lots of different compartments
- separate space for laptop and another one for tablet (which although it is mentioned for 9.7” tablet but I put my 12.1” tablet in it!)
- and from experience, they last really long time
The service was amazing. I got my orders within days, returned another order and got the money back immediately. I’m really satisfied with everything!
