My Granddaughter wanted this kit something fierce! She is a fan of the show. She asked Grandma for it, of course, I said yes. It is a great learning tool! She is 5. She was so very excited when it arrived and immediately put it together! I was pleased with her interest and she was pleased to receive it. Thank you!
Disappointing experience
Expected delivery by the time of purchase was around May 6-7, and now it's saying May 22-26. This was supposed to be a gift that I was planning to give this week. Customer support just saying there's nothing they can do and I just need to wait. Subscription already started and delayed delivery not only means I can't give the gift in time (and late by 2 weeks!) but also less time left to enjoy the subscription. First time subscribing and so far very unsatisfying experience.

My son is ecstatic to receive his build box from CrunchLabs! He hopes to one day receive the gold ticket to visit the headquarters. He built the disc launcher immediately as it arrived and loves talking about it and using it constantly. I appreciate this very creative idea, and thank you Mark for making it possible!

Why a year-ling subscription?
I don’t like that it’s an expensive year-long subscription, but my grandson did live there first box.
High tech with zero customer service and late delivery if it shows at all
The communications regarding when packages will show up is frustrating. SHOP app has no idea and forced me to complete forms etc just to figure out when the first package I spend close to $400 will actually show up. Which it did not, a complete waste of time, how much does CrunchLab earn for that bs?
Crunch labs has no way of tracking either apparently, again frustrating. $400 is a lot of money to spend and have no idea especially for a "tech savvy" subscription. Maybe they'll send a pack that teaches how to code for better customer service on their own website. Hope the products are worth it whenever they show, already a week late and no way to know.

I was unable to track the package. When purchased I should have received a second package and didn't. My granddaughter is supposed to receive a birthday wishes but there is no correspondence to this.

The web site to order needs to be better. I have 2 grandsons. Both in same household. I needed to have one subscription with one boys name on pkgs and the other name each month. And sent to their house, not mine. Unable to do. Customer service helped on one subscription. Had to have my son order the 2nd subscription. That was ok, only, my grandson's name could not be on the label. Frustrating.

My son has been watching Mark Rober for quite a while now and he was overwhelmed with joy that he was able to build something that he saw on the show! He is bright-minded and creative and I feel that this allowed him to feel capable and even more interested in science and engineering than he was before! We are both stoked to see what comes next month!

I tried to call five days in a row with no answer. I tried to order online several times and the page that finalizes things wouldn't load. I finally contacted your team via Instagram and got it resolved. One of the pieces in the kit broke and had to be repaired. We have purchased kiwi crates for years and never had these issues. I'm very concerned about my purchase.
