Fantastic company with a real passion for customer service, i know a lot of reviews look like bots or fake but we have had the please of dealing with Jeeves the van butler(Dan Hofinger) on numerous occasions and i must say the service and updates is always excellent and second to none.
choosing the right provider is always hard but we respect the advice given and the quick turn around.

This review relates specifically to the experience of receiving the vehicle (I was not involved in the procurement of the vehicle). The delivery driver was well presented, clear and helpful allowing me to view the vehicle and check it over prior to signing it over.

My colleagues dealing with the procurement of the vehicle are happy with the process and have used Crusader Vehicles multiple times.

I seldom find myself inclined to write reviews, but my recent experience with Crusader Vehicles and particularly Jack has compelled me to share. Their service has been nothing short of brilliant, and in a world where integrity seems increasingly scarce, they have truly stood out.

My demands as a customer are not always the easiest to meet, and after encountering numerous disappointments with other companies who made promises they couldn't fulfill, I approached Crusader with caution. Small thing which is why i didn't give 5* is that the communication was rather slow.

Great experience purchasing my new Hilux. Would give you a 5 star if I didnt have to wait over 2 weeks for it to arrive! After waiting 2 weeks for it after being told it was coming on a transporter it was driven up to me so had 460 miles on the clock before I received it... its here now and a great pick up! Other than that Hugh is a great guy to deal with and would use again..
