These guys have excellent customer service. I emailed a question and got a response from Edwin on the same day. He cleared up the confusion I had and sent the item out the day after payment was made. Very fast delivery too. Can't fault this company at all, it was a pleasure doing buisness.

Bought a Vipertech M4 and Ed was able to communicate with VT and have it built to my specifications, including showing me a picture of when the receiver had finished its hardcoat anodising. Very happy that I received such a bespoke service and I'll be using them again for future orders.

I asked CRW Airsoft if they could source an Ares product. Although there were a few problems with the carrier delaying things, I never lost faith in CRW Airsoft delivering the item. Sometimes, things can be out of our control and you need a trusted company like CRW who can be relied upon. Well done CRW.

CRW are by far the best airsoft company I have dealt with Edwin sourced parts that I couldnt find anywhere on line, very honest and thrustworthy with excellent pricing and knowledge, will be using CRW again and highly recommend them.

As a first time customer I was cautious of purchasing items but they were shipped swiftly and with attention to care such as bubble wrap surrounding the exterior of the box. I was also notified the items were shipped via email with a tracking number included! I definitely will be a returning customer for any needs after a satisfied experience!

Customer Service is 2nd to none -
Recently broke a park for my GHK G5 (already a pain to find parts for this gun as most retailers sell out very quickly)
On his website the part showed “out of stock” but upon reaching out was met with an immediate response to say he will try his best for getting the part I need (a tiny pin for the trigger unit)
Great response times, realistic expectations, nothing more I could ask for personally, 5/5 stars and a 10/10 experience overall

I have had one of the best customer experiences of my life.

I bought an airsoft toy from them which came quickly and at a great price. I then needed a part for the toy, that was not easy to get. I tried multiple retailers and the manufacturer and was left wanting. Out of desperation, i contacted CRW and although initially the part was still not available, they remembered me 6 months later when they had the part available and contacted me.
