Easy to Use, Smooth Transactions

Do not use crypto.com I've had it for 2 years I have missing money it's been over a week and they will not reply to me on what's going on when they do reply thay tell me to wait 24 hours for the past 5 days crypto.com has horrible Shady customer service

I used my Bank Debit card to buy $5,000 in BTC. The funds showed in my Crypto.com account. I tried to transfer to my other wallet and Crypto said it was fraud and denied the transfer. Then Crypto said they were sending the money back to my Bank. The money never arrived back at my Bank and Crypto now state they never received the original funds. I have all this documented with screen shots but Crypto refuses to return my funds to me, they stole my $5,000.

Over the pass three years, I've witnessed the growth and development of the Crypto.com app. During this time the ease and addition of multiple options payment for crypto has been grown and continually improved.

This app sucks. There customer service stinks. it is support app only. I hate working off my phone as who wants to work off a 6 in screen. It is very difficult to sign in and there are too many ads scrolling through the app. I want to trade through the ap. They are too strick when buying. There is no way for me to change my phone number. I requested a verification code and they cannot even do that. These companies dont want to support their app. Its pathetic

They're criminals. I haven't been able to log in with their security firewalls for months. Their "specialists" (which I suspect are AI chat bots) can't help or explain. No one can get their money out. They'll respond here using AI chat bots of course, telling me to engage chat (as if I haven't tried). Human please?

They over charge when buying eth price is 2707 cad on other platform crypto.com is 2770 then when u want to buy its 2880 170$ more than its worth they make it so only they make money off you its a scam i wouldn’t suggest crypto.com to anybody

Atrocious company. Disgusting customer service. You're better off speaking to a bot i PROMISE you. My account was disabled and restricted for no apparent reason whatsoever. When i contacted them i was put through to a "specialist" who literally took 10 minutes to reply to each question asked. I kid you not. Let me clarify in case people don't understand what i mean - i ask a question, and they take over 10 minutes to reply. I ask another question, they take another 10 minutes (sometimes even longer) to reply and so on and son. Same with the second person i spoke to. It was like talking to snails. Both "specialists" didn't even have the decency or common courtesy to introduce themselves. When i asked for their names one of them simply said "We are not able to share our name." Like what the hell is going on with this company? What kind of twilight zone are we leaving in? Absolute joke of an organisation. My account is still restricted and I am still unable to make any transactions. They have given me zero real reasons as to why except that it was due to "A breach of terms and conditions." Avoid at all costs unless you are glutton for pain and mental anguish. There is no option for zero stars or they would have gotten that from me every day of the week and twice on sundays!

Truthworthy, quick, easy to understand

Terrible. It's almost impossible to change your address. US customers have to jump through hoops and be declined for a credit card just to apply for a prepaid debit card.
