I requested a BTC withdrawal on 11 February 2025. As of 6 January 2026, that withdrawal is still pending.

A second withdrawal request made in April 2025 is also unresolved. This is despite the platform stating withdrawals take approximately 5 working days.

I have contacted support multiple times and opened formal tickets (CBV-2486 and CBH-248189). The only responses received are generic messages saying the issue is being worked on, with no timeline or resolution.

My tickets were later marked as “waiting for customer” even though no further information was requested from me.

I am not making accusations — I am simply documenting my experience. Funds remain inaccessible after nearly 11 months, and support has not provided a meaningful response.

I will update this review if the withdrawals are completed.

They owe me over $13,000! I invested alot of money into this and had recruited a bunch until I saw they wouldn't give me my money! I profit quite bit but alot invested alot of my money! I spent so much time recruiting and etc as well. This been about 3 yrs or so or more! And not to mention it used to show my charges on how much I spend on there but out sudden it was hidden! This been going on for about 3 yrs or more! I ask many times and it has not been solved! I already did my research of what I can do if this doesnt get solved!

Amazing app got it going at 100k h and it gets me about 1$ a day which ain't alot but it adds up quick especially with the tower features I got going I'm up 6 bucks in 4 days from nothing, and I know 6 bucks ain't alot but when I need the few extra bucks it's amazing, I mean cmon who doesn't want free money it has been amazing definitely worth it and can't wait to see how much farther I can get it to go!!p.s this app isn't gonna make you rich so if that's what your looking for this ain't it but if your new to crypto mining and have patience, and want to make some extra cash for nothing this is it!!

They are fraudsters. My money has been waiting for over a year to sit in my NC wallet. Everything was fine in the beginning when the amounts were small. Then when I paid hundreds of euros for mining and managed to collect about 100€, they don't want to transfer that money to my NC wallet. This has been the case for a year now. I send them inquiries almost every week for the past year and they always give me the same answer, and that is that they are working on my case (they are lying).

Only the first payment came and now I have been waiting for several months for my payment, but nothing is being done other than many messages back and forth with customer service who do not help their customers.

Well I enjoy this app every thing works easy

This side seems like a scam to me I have been waiting over 6 months possibly 8 months for a payout and no payout has come yet,
I thought they were a legitimate company and until now and I thought it was just a glitch in the system but now I've seen all the reviews I am not the only person going through this same problem. I've been paid out once and my second payout I'm still waiting so I believe that one payment was to gain my trust now I know what everyone is saying I will not be buying anything from this company again.

22950472 account number Since the 28th of October I have been waiting for a withdrawal from my account with CRYPTOTAB or CRYPTOSCAM maybe, and until this moment the process is still in PENDING.

I have been a loyal user, but now my withdrawal of 0.01 BTC is stuck on "Processing" for weeks. Support is ignoring my tickets. The "Cancel" button disappeared. This looks like a SCAM to steal my mining earnings.

I’ve been waiting over two months for my payment and CryptoTab still hasn’t released my money. Support ignores every message, gives no explanation, and leaves users completely in the dark. This app is unreliable and holds your earnings for no reason. I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay away until they fix their payment issues and prove they can be trusted.

Unfortunately, I can't assign less! I've been teasing myself for three years, so be careful it's a fraud.

everything was ok for years...but sudently cryptotab stopted payout for about 10$ ...I tried through ncwallet somme few satoshi several time et then they paid each time few satoshi but never the 10$ in bitcoin...many mail to support...bot answers I suppose but no payout...I have stop using Cryptotab broser definitively ...

They used to be great but about a year ago or more they stopped processing withdrawals. It just sits there and says it's processing. I contactd them, they acknowledged my issue but nothing is ever fixed.
