This site is a total circus - avoid it

This site is a total circus. I’ve hit over 125k experience and won their "slot multis" and "live heat" tournaments plenty of times, but trying to actually see a cent of that money is a joke. They lure you in with these "bonuses," but the math is rigged so you can’t ever actually cash out.
The biggest red flag is how they handle their coin system. I spent 500 USDT on 10 bundles of 5,000 coins, which are supposed to have a simple 1x wager. But here’s the scam: their system will only let you start wagering a bonus if your account balance is literally zero. Support actually told me, to my face, that it’s my fault because I didn't buy them one by one. They basically expect you to lose all your real money before they even let you touch the "bonus" you just paid for. It’s a total loophole designed to keep your funds locked forever.
The level of amateurism is embarrassing. I was looking at the "Easter Showdown" terms and conditions, and they’re so lazy they didn’t even update the text—it still says "Christmas Prize Pool." They’re just copy-pasting old templates while they take your money.
Unless you want to deal with 35x wagering requirements that are impossible to clear and support staff that blames you for their own broken system, stay far away. There are way better sites out there that don't use these kinds of shady tactics. It’s a total waste of time and crypto.

after I won and tried to withdraw they asked for KyC.
and withdrawal was processed but:::
I was engaged in their promos and won some coins:
gambled them 10000 times and I was withdraw- funny : I had 2500 on balance had to gamble it reached 5000 and the moment it reached 5000 they reduced it to 2500 again said it was bonus i couldnt reach more : but i played and wasted hours to reach 5000 in slots .... able but it was their crypto casino coin- I asked support if i could withdraw it in USDT or ETh that they refused then I asked if it was real money and they said yes , but their coin is not sold anywhere. support adviced me to go to some telegram chat where i could sell it : i was contacted a lot of scammers , but not real people who where asking me 500 $ or wallet keys for helping me.
I tried for 2 days to find out where i could sell their shitcoins which they claimed was real .
I could not sell it anywhere so I gambled it and lost it all.
Its just scam.

I have had an account on Cryptocasino for about 2 years now, and the experience has been commendable. The UI is cool and not difficult to use, there are numerous games on offer, and there's always a promo/offer for players. Then recently, I discovered the Perfect Picks promo, which is essentially free to play. It's almost like free money, except that you have to make your sports predictions, still completely free, lol. Deposits and withdrawals are usually processed within a reasonable timeframe too, and I guess this is the most important. Mind you, KYC is usually just the usual ID and selfie, not bad either. At the end of the day, on a scale of 1-5, I would score Cryptocasino 4. 👍.

If I had read the reviews here I would never have ever played. I hope others don't do the same. I play at a lot of casinos and have written a lot of reviews. I have the experience to understand which casinos offer real odds and which don't.

A piece of advice from the start. Casinos that put other games in front of you than the high risk high reward ones from pragmatic usually don't offer fair odds. But because it's not really a general rule I said I'd give it a try. I was wrong, the real feeling is that you have no chance of winning.

It's normal to expect to lose at the casino, I've said this in other reviews about other online casinos, but the experience offered is only good when the games are not set to not pay out as is the case 100% here. To their credit:
- They eventually conducted a full investigation.
- They identified a real error with the game provider (SmartSoft).
- They confirmed that the in‑game balance could increase while the actual credited balance did not.
- They reimbursed the affected amount and added a goodwill credit.
- They disabled the game and related titles until the provider fixes the issue.

I appreciate that final resolution and the transparency in the explanation.

However, it took two weeks, multiple explanations of the problem, screen recordings, and hundreds of bet IDs to go from:

to:

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this website.

I have repeatedly requested a full statement of all my deposits and withdrawals (including dates/timestamps, amounts and transaction IDs).
Until today, I have not received any complete records, and nobody replies to my emails. In the live chat I only get generic responses like “please give us more time”.

What makes this even more concerning is that their own Terms & Conditions mention that it may take up to 1 month — and even after that, I still received nothing.

In my experience, this platform is not transparent and not reliable.
I do not recommend depositing or playing here.

CryptoCasino only returns deposits and takes players’ money once they win. Calling this “compliance” does not change what actually happened.

You claimed that no KYC was required when I registered. That was not true. The moment I requested a withdrawal, you suddenly introduced KYC requirements and then used them to block payment. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic.

Instead of paying my balance, you frustrated me with endless verification requests designed to delay or deny withdrawal. When I could not provide an address document that does not exist in my country, you closed my account and kept my money. That is not verification — that is confiscation.

You returned only my deposit and kept the rest of my funds. If this platform were honest, all funds would have been returned, not just what suited you. A failure to provide a specific document should never result in loss of player funds.

Saying “no KYC required” to attract deposits and then enforcing strict verification only at withdrawal is misleading and dishonest. Legitimate casinos verify players before accepting money, not after players win.

CryptoCasino can try to paint itself however it wants, but the reality is simple:

Before I started playing, they claimed that no KYC was required. The moment it was time to withdraw, they introduced impossible requirements they knew I could not provide. This is a deliberate scam tactic. A legitimate bookmaker investigates a country’s documentation system before allowing users to register, not after they have won.

Many other reviews describe the same experience, proving this is not an isolated case. Most of these crypto bookies are frauds who hide behind vague “terms and conditions” and the excuse that “the bookmaker reserves the right.”

Do not register with this bookmaker unless you want to be frustrated and cheated. I only have a bank statement to provide, and that is standard where I live. Bugs prevent cash out, falsely label bets as having lost, and asks for verification.

CryptoCasino is a site I expected its staff to run professionally and sensibly. I would deposit my bankroll and win or lose bets. I never disputed the result of a bet, even when I lost. I accepted everything in stride.

And what did I get? A slap in the face when I pointed out a bug that prevented me from cashing out bets whenever a match was delayed. And earlier today, my Under 9.5 baseball total bet was erroneously labeled as 'LOST' when the game was still ongoing and the score was 3-8. When I went to contact the staff about an obvious bug that would compromise their business' integrity, they rewarded me by locking my account, barring me from withdrawing my bankroll and asked that I provide ID verification.

You deposited and bet as a South African player.
Customer Support has always seen you as a South African player.

Until today, when you contacted them from a Bulgarian IP address.

Bulgaria is one of the locations our platform legally cannot accept players from. That is due to the software provider jurisdiction. Hence their system flagged it automatically and your account was temporarily locked and KYC requested.

This is standard security procedure. They will not compromise when it comes to their local jurisdiction.

Calling that criminal is creative, but not accurate.

Out of 1320 bets you have placed with us, you have successfully cashed out 351 (27%) never appearing to have raised any other issues with the feature.
So it is a little surprising that after 1319 other perfectly settled bets and zero issues on your account, you suddenly show up here with a 1 star rating and a plot twist worthy of daytime television.

I joined to this site many months ago, I have placed many bets and they have paid to me with out any issue, the problem is that they asked me for a proof of address and I have been waiting around 20 days and they dont approve any of the ones I have sent to them, it is frustrating due to my money is there and if my account is not full verified, I can not request a withdrawal

Be careful dealing with this casino

You need to be careful when dealing with such casinos. They say that they don't need KYC and that the withdrawals are instant but they are NOT. After you try to withdraw money for the first time they will ask you to submit tons of document such as ID and proof of address and not just that but it's also highly likely that your documents won't be accepted at once and you will have to waste days to finally get your money. This is a obviously a faul by their side. If KYC is so important then add it first so people know what they are dealing with. You can't randomly bind people's money and expect them to bypass a verification after that. My first document was clear as ever yet it couldn't get accepted, still don't know why. After everything I came into agreement with the team to use another type of document which got accepted. The only reason I'm adding 2 stars instead of 1 is because at the end of the day I got my money and I didn't get scammed but the whole experience was consuming and irrittating. On the positive sides, the casino/platform itself works great. If they would make clear that people need KYC first and didn't force people go through all this incovenience then the rating would be 4-5 stars

OK so the problem was that you created a second account within 37 minutes of the original account. For what reason I am not sure.
But anyway, that is against the T&Cs of the site and that is what flagged you account for KYC.
So, I am afraid that it was your actions which caused the inconvenience.

Good Points:
Your withdrawal was processed
You enjoyed the casino/platform

Bad Points:
You had to jump through KYC hoops because of the duplicate account.

So overall not that bad really!
