CRYPTOFUNDFX ARE SCAMMERS

On 6/01/21 a representative of Cryptofundfx by the name of Ms Lilly Ann Morrin claiming to be a corporate trader called me to discuss a financial investment opportunities and assured me of potential growth returns on the financial market if I am willing to invest a minimum of £250 promising my investment is guaranteed worse case I can always withdraw my initial outlay.
The assurance caused me to make the payment of £250 using my credit card. She then called me a week later saying that if I could increase my funding to £3000, my returns on £3000 would be extremely high as compared to the £250 I have already invested.
I explained that I currently don’t have that amount and she said it’s okay if I don’t currently have £3000 however if I can invest £1500 she would make sure that my portfolio will grow and I would have nothing to loose but gain and I can always withdraw my initial investment back at anytime of my choosing.
I agreed base on her promise that I can withdraw my funds back at any time.
on the 16/01/2021, she used an app to remotely accessed my personal computer and made me paid a sum of £1418.91 into an unknown bitcoin wallet.
Following this payment, she allegedly projected false returns on my portfolio totalling £15000.
On 03/03/21, I requested to close my account with them and withdraw my initial fund of £1800 which she took from me with the promised that I could withdraw at any time. I even told her that I do not want the alleged returns on my portfolio just the capital. She started changing her tone and became unfriendly asking me to pay a loan of £1000 back before I can make any withdrawal.
She has then refused to engage in any form of communication with me stating that the loan must be paid back and that's not negotiable even though my portfolio has grown to £21000.
I asked for customer support details so that I will engage with them and withdraw my money.
I sent several emails to both Cryptofundfx support and Ms Lilly and there hasn’t been any response from them at the time of writing as the customer support doesn’t exist.
The telephone numbers they used to call me doesn’taccept any calls either as they are always using a dialer.
My research led me to find out that, they are one of largest online scammers and that’s the mechanism they use to scam money from innocent people.
Please DO NOT ENGAGE WITH CRYPTOFUNDFX UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Scam Evolution!!

It’s 2021 and as the time progresses, scams have taken on a whole new level of complexity. Please steer clear from this organisation, ( if it all it can be called one ! ). ***Cryptofundfx***. They operate some fancy website with fake simulation of graphs and figures, and a so called broker who is only a petty thief. ****It’s all an elaborate scam. I found out too late , the hard way. This broker who calls herself Lily only starts to get snarky with you when it’s time to withdraw your money.**** It’s all a scam and you’d be wise not to trust any individual who calls themselves your broker. I am now going to figure out if and how I can get my money back. It gets worse. A further danger of being scammed when trying to retrieve your money from scammers. What has this world come to ? This Lily may have took my money. But we are bound by time and space and I will take her peace. ***Trust Pilot, please allow a 0/5 rating especially for outfits like this. !!

Investing in this company was a great mistake. I should have done a more thorough research on them than I had. They refused to pay me and also asked me to pay more if I wanted to make withdrawal. I reported them to | finance resolution , com | and My money was retrieved

World of Rewards

This organisation has now taken two unauthorised amounts of £49.95 from my bank account. Attempting to contact them by email has failed, these are in addition to the sums taken for ‘winning a prize’ needless to say no ‘prizes’ received either. Have others had the same experience?

Our impression is not so good

A Scam!!!! My wife and I appear to have been scammed by Lily Anne. She seemed so charming. We have deposited over £2,000 with her. She would ring us quite regularly to show us how quickly our investment was growing. Until we tried to withdraw our original deposit. When my wife filled in the form to wirhdraw, we had plenty in the wallet, enough to leave our original sum in and carry on, which was what we wanted to do. Nothing happened. Lily Anne said she would chase it for us. She rang back to say we had to pay a post-Brexit tax, which we naively did. Now, weeks after we applied to remove funds, we have a message to tell us that unfortunately there are no funds left and we will receive nothing.

Account number, 192725. Looking forward to your call...
Of course, there was no call. And the 24/7 customer service number doesn't answer.

SCAMMED FOR 10k

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Was conned into investing 10k by Max Hopkins which quickly appreciated to 40k in the course of a month. The real fun starts when you ask for a withdrawal and every excuse under the sun is used not to let you withdraw. Went to account after he missed two withdrawal dates, stopped replying to emails, non-existent customer service number, multiple voice mails left and logged into account to see 25pence. Company is fraudulent, not regulated by any financial body and you will not be getting your money back from the bank as you willingly sent it. All positive feedback on trustpilot is a lie and is to play down the negative ones. STAY AWAY. Do not believe a word they say. Feel stupid to be in this position, do not invest with them!!

Unfortunately its a scam

Unfortunately my story is similar to all the other negative reviews. I deposited 300Euro and started trading. I was told with drawling money would be easy and there be no problems. I spoke with my broker 'Lillie' who was great at first but started to get a little agitated when I didnt want to further invest. We agreed to revisit after a 14 day period. When the 14 days were up, there were minimal trades and I decided to get out. The broker was a little cranky but assured me that money would be returned, and the account closed. After 14 days I logged back into my account and saw no money had been transferred. If they had have allowed me to withdrawl funds easily as they said they would, I would have invested more money.
I have been calling, and messaging asking for help and have received nothing. Our last communication was to contact the help desk. There is no help desk. This is a scam. There is no help, no contacts and no communication. Please save you money, trust your instincts and invest in something safer.

#Edit 1 after the initial response.
Thanks for the reply. Ive contacted 24 hour support and no reply. Ive contacted my broker several times and no reply. Who and how do I get into contact with someone?

#Edit 2
Ive since been blocked from Lilly and caannot get onto anyone from Cryptofund fx. I cannot withdrawal any money and when I click on any tab the page refreshes to the homepage.
Ive had one call from someone who claimed to work for Cryptofund Fx. They wanted access to my computer to log into my account and when I wouldnt give them access they got frustrated. It was like he didnt have access to my account, didn't know my balance and other details.

What a bunch of crooks

Sorry Lilli Ann - I feel scammed!

I joined cryptofundfx.com a few weeks back and placed £250.00 in my a/c. On the face of it, it did well and before I realised, I had $1,600.00. At this point, my account manager Lilli Ann Murin stated that to be really successful I needed to put in another £2,400.00. I discussed the TrustPilot reviews with her, she had all sorts of plausible excuses for each review. I decided that, before I put money in, I would withdraw some, so I asked for £750.00. As others have reported, apart from a brief call from Lilli to obtain some paperwork, after asking for money, communications ground to a halt. Today I logged on to my account and there is -$25.45. My advice - don't touch this company! If you are already in, don't send more money unless you have tried my withdrawal test! Finally, don't trust Lilli Ann Murin.

Dear Mr M. A. Oliver

Every review is important to us and we are very sorry to hear about it.

The company is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, therefore, if all documents are submitted correctly, situations with non-withdrawal of funds are excluded. This is possible due to the lack of documents for identification or the problem comes from the bank itself during the transfer. But if the documents were in order, it may take time for the amount to be credited to your account, depends on the type of transfers.

To find out what the matter is, please, provide your account or ticket number and you will be contacted shortly. We will be glad to help you!

It is a scam

It is a scam.
After first deposit made to open an account, one lady named LillyAnn quickly showed me on the computer through remote access that how to trade and then requested to deposit more to have a higher leverage to make profit. She said she will do everything on my behalf, I don't have to do anything and the money grow quickly. I denied to put more money on, and she stopped contacting me since then. I am unable to withdraw the money, it says pending request for over a week now.

The reply to my review here from Cryptofundfx is not right, it is only to trap other people: there wasn't any brokerage agreement before or after the money transfer, the status of my documents uploaded couple weeks ago seems pending forever. No response to my message sent to online support, nor supporting staff can be reached..
