Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation clearly and transparently.
Your account was flagged due to device matching with another user. Two accounts were trading from the same iPhone device, executing the same trades, and operating in an identical manner. When this was brought to your attention, you explicitly confirmed by email that the other trader was your friend.
Using the same device to trade multiple accounts, especially when trades are identical, is considered fraudulent behavior and is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically clause 7.1, which strictly prohibits device sharing between users.
All corresponding evidence was sent to you by email, including official logs. In fact, during the email exchange, you also stated that you were using your friend’s account, which further confirms the violation.
For this reason, the payout could not be processed. This decision was based on verified data and a clear breach of the rules, not on any arbitrary action. Whenever traders comply with the rules, they are paid. When a serious violation occurs, we must enforce the rules equally for everyone.
We always act honestly and transparently, and all decisions are supported by documented evidence.

Bad costume suport
On November 6th, I purchased a $50,000 2-phase evaluation. I set up my Bybit account, but when I tried to log in the next day, my account was showing a failed test. I tried to understand what happened and contacted you to report the issue, but you haven't helped me in any way. I would like to know how I can resolve this situation, at least regarding the refund. I didn't even get to use the product. I tried to contact them through support and trustpilot, but they refused to take responsibility or at least help me with the chargeback, since I didn't use the service.

After your evaluation was lost, you contacted us stating that your Bybit account had been hacked and requested either a new evaluation or a refund. We must be clear that this situation is highly unusual and falls outside of our responsibility. Access security and activity on a personal Bybit account are entirely external to Crypto Fund Trader and are managed solely by the user and Bybit.
We did review your case and confirmed that the evaluation failed according to the trading rules. There was no system error on our side, and the product was correctly delivered and activated. For this reason, we are unable to assume responsibility for an alleged external security issue or process a refund based on a claim that cannot be verified or controlled by us.
We always aim to assist our clients within what is fair and reasonable, but we cannot replace accounts or issue refunds due to external factors such as third party platform access, account security, or alleged hacks. These matters must be handled directly with the platform provider.

Im not one to usually leave review but in this case i have to! My experience with Crypto Fund Trader to date has been great, for a number or reasons , 1) I made a mistake when setting up the account on the first day and the support were very kind to reset my account, this shows genuine fairness and care for their customers. No doubt other prop firms would use this as an excuse to cancel an evaluation. 2) I made a payout request and all was approved and transferred to me inside of 36 hours. Do not do business with Crypto Fund Trader. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and I feel scammed.
I purchased a $200,000 Accelerated package, but things went wrong from the moment of payment.
-The invoice I received contained only “Item not found”, with no product name or specification. This makes the document unclear and, in my opinion, not legally usable.
-My order confirmation shows the correct product, but a different package with different conditions than what I purchased was linked to my account.
-My account was then closed based on rules that are not applicable to the package I bought.
-I demonstrated this with evidence, but my complaint was ignored.
-After my formal 24-hour deadline, there was no response at all.
When I look back at other customer experiences, I see that my situation unfortunately does not appear to be unique. There are multiple similar complaints about incorrect package assignment, unclear administration, and quick account closures. This confirms for me that there are structural problems within this company.
In summary:
-Incorrect product linked to my account
-Unclear/invalid invoice
-Contractual agreements not fulfilled
-Account closed based on incorrect conditions
-No response from customer service
-Many similar complaints from other users
Unfortunately, I am unable to upload screenshots of the invoice and purchase confirmation, even though they clearly show the issues described above.

You purchased a $200,000 Accelerated account, which is a one-phase evaluation. This is clearly stated on the payment receipt you received at the moment of purchase. After losing this account, you later claimed that you had actually bought a two-phase account and requested that we issue you a new evaluation.
To address your claim, our team sent you:
• The official payment receipt showing that the product purchased was a $200,000 one-phase account
• The order details exactly as they appear in your purchase confirmation
• Additional documentation demonstrating that the product linked to your account matches the item you paid for
At no point was an incorrect product assigned to you. The evidence sent to you shows this clearly and accurately.
No other user has experienced the type of issue you describe. The only problem that occurred was that you mistakenly purchased a one-phase account, lost it, and then requested a different account than the one originally bought.
Regarding support, all your messages were answered, and every piece of evidence you asked for was provided. There was no failure to respond and no violation of our contractual obligations.
We always aim to be fully transparent, fair and precise in every case. All decisions made were based on verified purchase records and platform data.

Best prop firm I’ve worked with so far – 3 months in and loving it!
I’ve been trading with Crypto Fund Trader for 3 months now and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I currently run two funded accounts (a $10k and a $100k) and the experience has been smooth from day one.
What really sets CFT apart for me is the Bybit integration. Being able to link my real Bybit demo account and trade exactly the way I’m used to (same charts, same order types, same execution, same leverage) makes everything feel natural and comfortable. No clunky MT4/MT5 or weird platforms – just pure Bybit, which is perfect for crypto trading.
Payouts are genuinely fast. I’ve already received 4 payouts from the $10k account and 1 payout from the $100k account, all processed quickly and without any unnecessary questions or delays.

Unfair Treatment, Poor Transparency, Misleading “Competitive Spreads,” and Abusive Practices
I had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm. After reaching nearly $9,500 in profit and becoming eligible to receive my scholarship, I attended the required interview - only for my account to be closed afterward, along with accusations that were completely untrue!
During the interview, I explained my strategy twice - the interviewer disconnected mid-session and then reconnected. If the recording failed to capture it, that is not my fault. Despite this, they claimed I did not present any strategy, said my answers were “inconsistent,” and declared that I failed to meet their “minimum standards.”
They also cited “login attempts from different countries” as a reason for closure - something entirely beyond my control. I only logged in from my own device and followed their rules at all times!
Their spreads and commissions are also among the worst I’ve seen. The spread is around 90/80 cents for US30/US100, with commissions of $4.6 / $2.3 per lot, bringing the effective cost to roughly 550/310 cents. I will let you decide whether that can realistically be called “competitive.”
What’s worse is that I was initially forced to remove my honest review because they told me they would not process my refund unless I took it down. This is an abusive and unfair practice. Only after removing the review did I finally receive the refund - more than a month after they originally promised it!!
My experience showed a serious lack of fairness, accountability, and professionalism. It seems that the best possible outcome for a trader is simply hoping to get their money back - and even that depends on staying quiet!

However, we were unable to do so earlier because we repeatedly asked you to provide the required payment method, and we did not receive it until much later. Our team requested this information several times over a long period, and only once you finally sent it were we able to issue the refund without delay.
