Fixed contracts are not being released! Expiration due dates are not being honored per the contracts! Also when you initiate a withdraw Cryptonomy will delete the transfer and deposit your funds in another one year Fix or Launchpool contract. Preventing your withdraw from completing! Support chat will tell you the same BS over and over again. That you did that! That you did not initiate a withdraw, and that you placed your crypto into a new Fixed or Launchpool contract! WARNING!!! Do not continue to use Cryptonomy. They are a complete SCAM company that will earn your trust then keep all your crypto in Fixed or Launchpool. You will never be able to withdraw your crypto again!

still haven’t received my funds from my fixed 6-month staking after waiting for more than 3 months now.
Meanwhile even my fixed 9-month staking is due, without the other one having been settled yet…., what a mess!

unfortunately and almost expected, the promised funds were not returned on time , therefore rating downgrade to 1 star !
Can’t recommend to use this platform at the moment, not trustworthy!

After 60 days of waiting for my returns, I was told that I would receive them within this month, together with additional rewards…!
If this was true, it could turn out to be the best staking experience after all !
Because of this positive outlook I’ll add another 2 stars!
Let’s cross fingers!

Absolutely nothing has happened since January 24,2025 when Cryptonomy posted to prioritize my case.
1 month of waiting for my staking returns!

The promised response to my emails scheduled for yesterday, didn’t come!
Receiving a prioritized case number doesn’t mean anything at all!
It’s only to show other people reading these reviews that they take your problems seriously, but in fact it’s only about putting you off over and over again!

I shared my thoughts and concerns with other members on their Telegram channel. Shortly after I was banned. My letter to the support team hasn’t been answered after waiting for a week now.
My 6 month staking plan has expired and now I’m waiting the second week for the returns. I wished I could tell something positive about this company, but at the moment I’d not recommend anyone to use this platform. I’ll be right back with an update if anything changes and gets resolved.

If Cryptonomy are regulated in the United Kingdom can they provide their registration details with The Financial Conduct Authority on this site as well as their registered address in the United Kingdom- Got your reply-you left out the Financial Conduct Authority question-are you regulated by them-yes or no?

Hi Cryptonomy team …your last response to me was now 6 days ago where you expressed an urgency to resolve the issues on your platform.
I was hoping to have heard a resolution by now ????

I too had a fixed staking expire on December 15th and the crypto is still locked up. I asked chat support about it and was told it needs to be validated and due to market volatility it will settle shortly. I asked how long is shortly and they said within 30 days. One month later I asked again and was told 60 days. This morning I tried logging in and was successful but was then booted out of the website and can't log back in. I even changed my password and still can't log back in. I have a lot of money for me tied up on Cryptonomy and can't access it.

***Update**** I can now get log back in to my wallet. I had Brett in my wallet that I hadn't been able to withdraw for a while because my wallet always said wallet maintenance, but just for Brett. I moved about 900k Myria and 1075 Xrp this morning before It logged me out. It doesn't instantly transfer it like other platforms do. So when I finally get back in to my account I find all 3 of those coins have been staked until January 11th 2026. You can't stake from your wallet for a year but was told by support you must have accidentally done it. Accidently done it 3 times when I've done it plenty of times before when I meant to do it? They aren't wanting to release the tokens from the staking so now they are holding 5 different tokens of mine hostage worth over $24k currently!....The guy in the customer support chat is ignoring me when I asked him to release the coins and not acting on it. If they make it right I'll take this review down but I'm not holding my breath.

On January 3rd I received a payment, my contract lasted for half a year, I was able to get my money out without any problems as always, I trust Cryptonomy, so far without any accidents. I realize that many people may be afraid to invest their money somewhere, but here they work honestly.

Cryptonomy is the best platform for me that I could find. I'm a long time user and I see that the platform continues to improve and improve.

Everything is done at the best level and as convenient as possible. I haven't had any withdraw problems. Always got my money. It is very strange that people write such things here. That's why probably after my contract and payment was finished, Cryptonomy asked me to leave a review here.

I have been investing with Cryptonomy for over a year now, and I am very happy with the results. The APYs are incredibly high, something you don't find in many places. My investment has grown much more than I expected. Sure, sometimes there are small delays, especially with withdrawals, but they always end up getting resolved.

Crytonomie finance is a big scam. Do not use this platform. You not become yours cryptos back. If you want send it after staking there to your wallet outside cryptonomy they will refuse it and make it (whitout your ok) to fix terms of one year.
They write you after their criminal action that youself make this. VERY CRIMINAL PLATFORM and SUPPORT.

NEW by this criminals: after fix staking you get the cryptos not back to your wallet. They are frozen and you can do nothing.

After this answer from Cryptonomy below I write to support with the special case number which they give me in the answer. They write me the same bullshit like all the time. Standard Text modules…. The only way is to go to a lawyer and police

Scammers! I did a 9 month contract with them and funds are still locked I keep getting the same automated message about “Due to heightened market volatility, accredited partners have extended contract durations, allowing your deposit to continue accruing daily returns.” it’s all a lie.

Stop lying... There has been no misunderstanding and no automatic transfer to fixed term. This function does not exist on the platform. You have done it just like you do deposits and withdrawals manually...don't direct me to customer service again. They do not solve anything because they have orders to say that the fixed term deposits you create cannot be reversed. The support email is useless and the one you put in your trustpilot review replies doesn't even exist!!!! I have sent numerous emails reporting what happened with screenshots of the withdrawals ordered and you have not replied to a single email. You only care about trying to counter negative reviews with paid or fake positive reviews.
I just want them to reverse the fixed deposits they created without my consent and get my money out of this scam platform. If they want to they can do it but they don't want to because they want to keep all the money of the investors who trust you. You are thieves and I will not stop denouncing you until you show some interest in finding a solution to the problem you have created.
I have been scammed like everyone else with the same system. All very nice as long as you don't want to withdraw your coins from the platform.... When you get ready to withdraw your money to an external wallet they create on their own fixed term deposits of 12 months. Nothing to do through the online chat or sending emails to their support email that simply do not bother to answer. In their instagram community their administrators delete and kick you out of the group within seconds of making any comment denouncing the situation. These professional scammers as soon as they have stolen enough money from users who have trusted them will simply disappear. I just hope that the police authorities start to act soon to see them in prison as soon as possible.

My husband used this platform 10 months ago to transfer his crypto. Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and need treatment. We have been going through one battle after another and losing my job because of appointments etc cancelled my insurance. We begin the withdrawal process for treatment and it was locked. Originally 24 hours. Then 30 days then up to 60 days. After contacting them yesterday with the 60 day response last night he woke up to his account being divided and locked for a year. No insurance will cover me because of having an already diagnosis. I know he tried to use this platform to maximize since we were going to go through a lot as I found out my diagnosis during pregnancy. My perfect little boy is here who’ve went through IVF to have and now I probably won’t get this chance to see him grow.

Just as all the recent reviews mention, as soon as you attempt a withdrawal all of your funds are lock in a 12 month fixed period. In the past I have successfully withdrawn a number of times including some relatively larger transactions which built my trust with them. On this occasion I have initiated a withdrawal for a lesser amount than in the past and have checked in the morning and all of my funds are suddenly in fixed staking not just the particular token I tried to withdraw. Unfortunately it appears I have been scammed and caused a number of others to be scammed through this website by referring them to it. It brings me great shame to have to tell them my mistake.

I hope to resolve this with cryptonomy to access at least some of my funds, I will update my review with the outcome in hopes others will not fall victim to this company if they are in fact a scam.

Overall, Cryptonomy deserves 5 stars, it's a well-managed platform with the necessary drive and vision to move ahead in this competitive world. I appreciate Adrian Campbell for regularly reaching out to the community. Cryptonomy is mainly operated out of London can be plus since they want to prove to the world (in the words of Adrian) that they respresent the top of the crop.

I give 5 stars because I trust Cryptonomy will make good on these customer expectations and enable the Pre-IDO. Meanwhile, it would be good for Cryptonomy to make a general statement about future IDO and such, so there won't be any room for vagueness.

This company is a complete scam. They will probably try to take this review down with their methods of filtering and faking their marketing to make it seem like it’s not a scam. They do not make the full payout as said. They block you and remove you from any of the discussion groups if you ask any questions. Do not lose your money like I did
