One month test, now 60 days past and they still have my Assets
I tested this out for a one month fixed asset interest account. That one month ended 60+ days ago and I still have not received my assets back. The Help desk keeps giving me a vague response that I will receive it in a couple of weeks. I do not recommend this.
3/22/2025 -Now at +90days and still do not have the assets back. This was a 1 month fixed asset account and this is unacceptable. Also, told by the Help desk that its normal for a 1 mth fixed account to take longer than 90days to receive the tokens back.

I have been an old user, and there were no delay payment delays before. About a year ago, I deposited XRP into a 12-month fixed staking, and I received my funds a week ago, but it should have finished 30 days earlier.
Hopefully, this will improve in the future, I really like the platform. It offers pretty good conditions, and I'm hoping for significant growth.

Cryptonomy locked up my money!
On nov 16th 2024 I tried to withdrawal 10 sol and 800 xrp from my flexible staking.i had 3000 and 50 sol on flexible and 15 sol on fixed maturing on Dec 3rd 2024. My withdrawal my exchange showed pending when I went to bed. I checked my exchange in the morning and nothing came through. I logged into cryptonomy and was stunned to see not only my pending withdrawal was gone but ALL of my flexible staking was now locked up in a fixed staking contract that doesn't mature until Nov 2025!! This was done at 0811 am UK time. Which is 12:11am my time. I was asleep when this happened. Cryptonomy says that I authorized the contracts which is a lie! Also my 15 sol that matured on Dec 3rd has still not been released to my wallet. It's now Feb 17th and still nothing but excuses from them. Protect your funds and stay away from cryptonomy at all costs.
I received a reply from cryptonomy and I chatted with the support team and gave them the case number. They said that they found no problems. But when I told them to check the transaction record for nov 16th 2024 at 0811 am uk time. I told him that there are two identical transaction numbers( which they said is impossible) . Now they are accusing me of manipulation of the transaction records. Which is CRAZY. This is why I recommend that nobody use cryptonomy of risk loosing your crypto. I have all the screenshots for the chat and the transaction records.
New update. I have sent an email to the finance department including some of the screenshots including identical transaction numbers on the hack/ fraud. They refuse to look at it, telling me that I have manipulated the information. The problem is that I'm not a master hacker. I'm a truck driver from Canada. This company is not where you should invest your hard earned money. In my opinion. Still don't have my fixed staking that matured on Dec 3rd 2024.
New update. It's March 5th 2025 and my fixed staking that I did do. Matured on Dec 3rd 2024 and has not been released yet. Just more excuses from cryptonomy. I wish I could post some of the chat screenshots and people would be shocked at how I am treated by cryptonomy.

Funds held and can't withdraw
Similar to what others have said being near impossible to withdraw funds. Transferred assets from flex to wallet, then wallet to external wallet to withdraw. Two days later I log in to see they were moved to fixed instead. Tried to get chat support and told it's impossible and that I must've done it. Definitely NOT so. Now told, I can't get my funds out of fixed until the period is up which is a year from now. I didn't put them in there!
Also had some BTC in a fixed account for 6 months. It’s been nearly 8 months now and no way to get them out. Told it will take between 5 and 90 days and I'll be notified. Whaaaat???
Oh, and the support email address support at cryptonomy dot finance is no good. Gets returned undeliverable. So does support at cryptonomy dot fi (their new domain).

super unhappy with this Prop firm. On some occasions, ongoing operations with TP and SL have reached TP and the orders are not closed!! I made videos and they still devalued my dissatisfaction. Today this rubbish Prop firm made me even more nervous, where there was a bank where I could lose a maximum of 200 dollars a day, I lost 187 dollars and they blocked my account, saying it was over 200 dollars. dear friends do not use this business they are a scam. in 2024 February 6th i made 3 initial investments after watching youtubers that i follow and trusted who said this company is great and showed videos of how great they were. i deposited BTC, ADA, and HBAR all in a fixed interest account for 1 year. come February 6th 2025 only my ADA was paid out and put into my wallet. i asked them about my BTC and HBAR and they said the contract was extended for there clients and due to high volatility my investment would be paid out shortly. wait till early march. so i decided i would move my ADA to my Coinbase account to be able to sell and pay bills, the withdraw (witch i took pictures of) said it would be done in 24 hours, all this to find out they didn't let it go threw and SOMEHOW its now back in a fixed interest account for another year ? witch apparently only i would be able to do cause they don't have access but yet they can see all the details of my account so i call lies on that. not only that but they said i re invested it on February 9th 2025 for a year witch i have data proof on the block chain and picture proof that on February 14th 2025 i with drew it to Coinbase. and now they are denning it all and saying it was me, so what are we going to do here cryptonomy ? i wont stop in till i get my money back!!! ill be seeking legal action and reporting them every where in till this is resolved. cant hide forever specially with a block chain to track you down on.

I have had the same issues as many here.
I had a flexible account as soon as I wanted to withdraw they locked it up in a 12 month fixed account which shows on
XRP scan that they have a whopping 5.9 Million XRP in it.
This looks like this is just the touch of the iceberg of the the seriousness of this scam. They have lulled people in with they staking rewards and "looking" like a legit company.
I should have been more careful and done more due diligence and I urge anyone reading this to really deep dive before handing over any Crypto.
Customer service is non existent,
They never email you back I have emailed over 20 times and the live chat is gone.
I reported this to them to the FCA also and they are aware of them.

Cryptonomy offers some of the best rates ad I have successfully withdrawn my funds multiple times. I had a question on one of my contracts and the support team took a little longer than expected to respond, I knew from myself that they respond within 10-15 mins, well recently I waited about 24 hours for a response, I thought they ignored my question. In the end they helped me resolve the issue, but a faster response would have made the experience perfect.

In my opinion, the retention of my funds after the fixed term have been expired on the 22nd December, it seems to be on purpose.
I was told to wait until March (90 days), I had signed a 3 month fixed term at 6% return, If I had signed a 6 month fixed term, it would had been at 20%, I think you can seen where I am going with this, where are the rest 14% missing, where are they going to?
Isn't this criminal? I am still earning returns but only at 6%.
Definitely your business relationship is damage beyond repair.
Surely if anything happens to my funds, a crime fraud report it will be done in the 3 mayor crime agencies, I encourage others to do the same if you feel passion about it.
No ethics in business.

Everyone please read the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s article on this fraudulent company. Unfortunately Trust Pilot doesn’t allow me to post the URL, but type “FCA Cryptonomy” into Google.
These criminals are running a Ponzi scheme. They may pay you for a while, but it’s from funds stolen from other victimized users. Then they will likely lock your funds in a “fixed” deposit that they will never release to you. Your stolen funds will then be used to pay the next victim yields as they rinse and repeat. Do not listen to the criminal from their team who sounds professional who will likely respond to this message. Just read the UK government’s warning.

In my previous review, Cryptonomy.finance asked for my information to contact me.
No contact effort was made on their part, I have their email address flagged as VIP so I wont miss anything from them.
I decided to initiate contact with them via there website where I am a "VIP1" member due to the sum of my investment with them.
I got the same verbatim response I did a month ago, with 1 change (60 days vs 90days).
