We're sorry you've got such an impression about our service.

The storage fee is charged to accounts that have not been active for 12 months (the fee is charged from month 13, once a month).

We always send several warnings before each charge: 30 days before the charge, 10 days before and on the day of the charge. You can also read more detailed information about the storage fee in our Terms and Conditions (paragraphs 6.9 to 6.13).

The storage fee can easily be avoided. To do that you need to make your account active by performing any transaction within your account (deposit, exchange or withdrawal). Our Support team is always there to help our customers "activate" their accounts again and avoid the fee.

Since June can not unload or use any…

Since June can not unload or use any money that's on my card, they keep saying that funds are stuck with Payrnet and they're fully depended on them. For more then 6 month's my money is frozen in cryptopay account, can not do anything with them.

Being an older person not used to doing…

Being an older person not used to doing verification processes or understanding how todo these, plus computer navigation with phone it was very helpful when the verification team helped me with how todo information very easy to understand. In turn I have told friends how helpful Cryptopay is to work with.
The time frame was when Cryptopay was working beginning at 8/9 pm my time in NZ so I was still up at midnight trying to do much that was required tiredness was certainly felt.
Thank goodness we managed to get there in the end.
So a huge thankyou from me to Cryptopay for getting me there.

Great experience with the platform

Cryptopay app has a nice user-friendly interface, so using their services is easy and convenient.
Moreover, they have an amazing support team. In case of any question or issue, they are ready to help in a prompt and efficient way. Also, unlike many other platforms where it feels like you’re talking to robots, Cryptopay’s support team has a personalized approach. This, of course, creates a sense of trust and reliability, making the support experience truly exceptional.

I've had a TERRIBLE time with this…

I've had a TERRIBLE time with this company. I admit I'm useless about how this works. All I know is that I've been asked to pay 64dollars for the transfer of my bitcoin from cryptocurrency. How I do it? I haven't a clue. I've not had any help from anyone. I've been told that after I pay 64dollars I'll receive into my wallet roughly £42,000
Which I can withdraw into my bank account. As I said I've not got a clue what to do. No help whatsoever.

Incredible bad experience with them unfortunate. The received money was blocked after a withdrawal for unknown reason. Took weeks to get it solved and still waiting...

Update: Despite your 'standard support' reply now, it's 2 weeks further and you're getting me crazy. I have no words for your companies behaviour!

Good support

I have been using Cryptopay for several years. Mainly for buying and selling small amounts of cryptocurrencies. Depositing and withdrawing has always been quick and easy. The APP is generally good to use with a nice interface. Had a problem recently where I sent USDT to Cryptopay, exchanged into fiat and then tried withdrawing. About £1100 U.K. pounds. For some reason the bank transfer failed. I contacted support via the app. Problem was resolved in about 2 hours. Funds were re credited to my account. I made transfer request again and there was no problem. Obviously when the glitch happened it was very worrying. But support handled it very quickly. I will certainly continue to use Cryptopay. They have always been a very reliable service.

STAY AWAY SHAMELESS SCAMMERS

Don't trust the fake reviews!
Data leaking and daylight robbery!

Over a month ago I've registered and deposited €360 for which they charged me €30 to convert to crypto.
They then proceeded to lock my account and started to ask for all types of documents (Bank statements, utility bills and all) including a picture me holding my passport.
I sent them the documents, which they rejected (never had this happen before)

Then they used those exact documents to open an account under my name for the company I work for? What are the chances lmao.

1 month + and 60+ emails later they still haven't refunded me or done anything but chit chat.
Atleast support are having fun I guess.

Once I find enough time, I'll report to the rightful authorities and persue legal action.

Update: I was told that they have issued a refund, and I asked to get a document proving that, which they told me they can't issue.

I asked them for a final account statement, and they requested more paperwork.
After providing them with it, they told me to contact my bank to issue a refund/chargeback and stopped responding to my emails.

Update: we have managed to identify the client, so this update is based on real facts:
1. We provided the client with the Cryptopay account statement which answers his first request.
2. In Cryptopay, we have adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy against the use of offensive and abusive language (including inappropriate photos).
3. There was no data leaking - we have never created accounts under our clients' names.

We won't disclose any more information about this case in public, though this review has nothing to do with reality.

Good App with great customer service

I am new to the world of cryptocurrency, downloaded the app and made a deposit. There were compliance issues to be done, which I did struggle with so reached out to Lina at customer service.
