I have numerous crypto visa cards coinbase, crypto.com,wirex and Cryptopay. Out of all of them Cryptopay support team I can't fault one little bit. If you have a question or problem they are so swift at answering or finding the issue. So refeshing knowing this as crypto is stressfull if you are new to. I've had issues with the other cards and can take days even for a reply. I can honestly say I've been with cryptopay for 3 years and they've always been there on support instantly. Just renewed a new card with them 2023 and I've recently cancelled wirex (terrible) and coinbase

The Cryptopay advisor was a great listener, polite and her service delivery was excellent.
I left extremely satisfied with all her answers and I must add that her conduct was very professional.

The experience from Cryptopay pointed me in the right direction The agent helped me understand how it works.
I hope to make some money using this system

Do not use there currently closing my account because I paid £1 from my personal bank account as I was trying to link them 4 days of hassle trying to get all my money out of the account froze everything

Great service and great customer service too

I am a CryptoPay.me user for about two years. They are very useful as a fiat-crypto on/off ramp. I transfer my GBP from my bank at a zero cost. Very convenient.

Also having a CryptoPay debit card allows me to stay as “fiat-unbanked” as I love to be. Crypto -> in -> load to the card -> enjoy 😊

I would just say that I have used a few different exchange companies over the years I have worked with crypto they have worked well in the beginning then less well. But Cryptopay are simply unbeatable in every way and the support is so accommodating and responds quickly and then we have solved the problem that appeared, thank you for being there. The most important factor of any provider is not the offers and bonuses. It is when there is an issue or I have a question/request that there is someone there to respond. CryptoPay have succeeded in putting customer service as a priority, I have many providers but they are by far the most efficient at dealing with any issues that arise. Happy with them

should of switched to cryptopay months ago.fucing breath of fresh air compared to coinbases tedious verifications and waiting times, i get security but I was literally locked out of my account for an entire week thinking i'd loose my funds. I was stuck in a loophole that's too deep to explain in a review just know it was bull, customer service were basically bots

I love so much how you have the option to turn off 2FA, everything is so fast and dont have to wait hours for each process.

Do have a question as i see yall reply, with my phone number, will i ever have to use it to sign in again with a code?? or just on new device? I have big problems with my SMS codes on certain apps and don't ever want to go through the nightmare of not signing in again! I have linked my email so I sign in with that now:)

I might up my security with google auth, but for now i just want to be able to login without it asking me for a text message code (haven't had it yet just making sure im logged in at all times)

I’m an old Cryptopay user, I used their service for several years, probably since 2017.

I was always satisfied with them, the registration and verification process are very simple and fast.

Their service works with normal fees on exchange crypto or load card etc.

About the support: I think the best support ever what I used.
There isn’t any other similar company on the market where the support is online almost all the day. I always got very fast answers and they solved my problems, fixed their issues on time.

I recommend Cryptopay for everybody.

Worst service I've seen in my entire life.

I am a crypto newbie, wet behind the ears, and still have so much to learn. But my hubby just got a job that pays in crypto, so we had to learn FAST how to receive it and convert it to fiat. A website that reviewed various crypto wallets recommended NearPay, which seemed to do just what we wanted -- primarily an account to receive crypto and exchange to fiat easily. We don't plan to play the crypto markets, invest in NFTs, etc.

So first comment -- there was nothing on any of the NearPay pages to say that they were now Cryptopay. I had to use the NearPay virtual chat to eventually discover that.

Second comment -- I experienced some similar hiccups in getting documents verified that other commenters have mentioned. HOWEVER, in sorting through all that, I had several very friendly chats with various customer support staff. They were always polite and gave off caring vibes, and always eventually got to the root of the problems. And now, here I am, a holder of a crypto wallet!

Third comment -- the website could do with some step by step training articles for someone utterly new to the crypto world, including things like "This is your wallet. Each currency is an account, in which you can set up multiple addresses. Give the address in your selected currency account to anyone wanting to transfer crypto coins to you." I did manage to figure this out from both Cryptopay's FAQs and other websites, but it could have been presented more plainly.

Summary -- I am too new to Cryptopay (too new to crypto in general) to evaluate their ongoing service, and I also have no experience with any other crypto service with which to compare them. So, the jury's still out on if this will be a reliable company for me in the long run. But if it continues as it has started with me, I will be a satisfied customer.

The support staff are so nice and helpful in Cryto Pay and are respond to any queries almost immediately

I had a lot of problems (two nationalities, my own peculiarities) in the verification process, but the support team was there for me at all my stages, and I got a good set of fin tools for my tasks.

Please do not use Cryptopay. There are far better ones available. I have had the worst customer experience I can remember in recent years. Yes, there is red tape in everything today but these people take it way too far and block you at every point, They were suspicious of fraud and locked my money up for 5 weeks - and just kept asking for more and more paperwork that was pointless. I will never go near Cryptopay again, needless to say..

Only yesterday they seem to be having very serious problems with the crypto pay visa card and I have seen many transactions pending on the card weeks old and not followed through on the visa card system they told me its a technical fault but I have had many calls coming through asking me why the payment has not gone through from supermarkets to many many other places. It is causing me big issues and I will now have to use another platform to look to cash out. Once they resolve this I am leaving and using another platform I am already signed up to. Been using them for a while now but now when things start going wrong makes me think they have liquidity issues. What do I tell all these retailers who are calling me up? Sounds to me like this will take months to find out as nobody can put time on it to resolve it. So I will leave this platform exchange as I kinda feel it's no longer fit for purpose. Apparently, I was told they froze every visa card as the issue is all over the system.
