Deposited ETH on the 29th of Jan to their address 0xaa3d9fec56212474fc259522de014cdebd26ddba On etherscan.io the transaction was cleared in minutes. As I write today is the 3/02/2018 my cryptopia balance is still zero. Attempts to contact them through Twitter, Facebook and their ticket system have not been successful. Even FIAT currency can move faster than this.

This is the most inefficient and unresponsive crypto exchange on the market. The LTC/DOGE exchange has been dysfunctional for over ten days now with no sign of resolution. The customer support simply sucks! run away from this site - it is just BAD!!!

Tried to withdraw a small amount of monero and they labelled it as complete. On the blockchain it is clear the transaction was never sent and I tried to raise a ticket with them over a week ago. Still no reply, or monero. Seriously, don't touch this exchange.
UPDATE: After about 2 - 3 months this was resolved. Despite it taking literally months, I've updated the rating from a 1 to a 3.

Poor usability, high fees
Fast site, but not that easy to use and the fees are ridiculous. No problems with transfer (deposit + withdraw). The support doesn't reply. I prefer binance and strongly recommend that instead.

Warning - completely incorrect and inflated exchange rates. Use at your own peril.
Ex. At time of purchase Stealthcoin was trading live at $1.09 and Cryptopia was selling it at $1.09. Bought Stealthcoin at $1.09 and then Cryptopia randomly charged $1.36 per coin. Stealthcoin has never been exchanged at that rate. Instantly lost $5K.
