Let me start out by saying I’m not a young chicken. I’ve been around the block. When I only traded stocks, I followed a number of noted “Experts“ in the field. I do not regret it. Learned a lot. But... See more

This is ridiculous. Come to find out the single positive review given by one Kevin Stanley is the company’s CEO of all things! So why would a CEO have a reason to contact his own company’s support?? T... See more

This appears to be a classic scam

This appears to be a classic scam. They have created a number of fake websites each of which purports to be an actual consumer review and/or scam alert website. All of these websites attest to the legitimacy of CryptoRevolution and push hard for the reader to sign up & subscribe. It's backdoor marketing. And they've used search engine optimization that reliably directs you to these imposter websites. (Finding TrustPilot in a Google search wasn't easy, as it was buried below the URLs for the phony sites.)
In sum, it seems the folks behind CryptoRevolution want you to sign up for an expensive investor tip sheet that's of dubious value. Beware.

I've had the same experience with their website. I have sent 2 emails asking them to stop my service but have had no response and they continue to charge my card. I have opened up a dispute with my credit card company which will take months to resolve. Do not get involved with Cryptorevolution.

DEFINITELY DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING…

DEFINITELY DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING ON THIS SERVICE. I had the same issue with the other reviewer. I paid a small amount for access to some information - less than $5, but DID NOT authorise for regular services but there was a DIRECT DEBIT for $75 that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I tried contacting their support staff but there was absolutely no reply, it's been 2 months since I tried to contact them, and now I'm trying to dispute this through my credit card provider and was told I have to get the merchant to cease deduction - but HOW? Since they are uncontactable. SUCH A SCAM!!!

Refund Policy Not Honoured

I signed up for a free trial and did not end up using it and forgot about it. A month later I noticed a billing for the monthly subscription on my cc.
They have a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked so I immediately went to their website and sent a support ticket for refund in my account.
No reply for a few days so I sent another support request for refund, still weeks within their 30 day limit.
Still no answer so I put in a third request.
Still no answer and by this time a SECOND month is billed and I am furious.
Finally after 5-6 weeks I got an answer and they refunded the second month but are now insisting that I send them a screenshot of my original refund request.

Of course I cannot do this because the support request was sent from inside my account in THEIR system and they do not keep records in there!

For months I am trying to resolve this and get the original payment refunded and keep being told they have no record of my original request and are demanding screenshot!

Now I have been assigned to a ‘specialist’ and assumed this would help. But I just heard from this specialist and it’s just another broken record asking for screen shots that I don’t have.

All this shows a very unprofessional support activity with poor or no records of customer communication.
Frustrating.
