His review may not be wrong, because he may be a victim. Everyone sees that this user has two reviews, one about us and the other about another mining platform, because he may have suffered financial losses on other platforms. Inverted for us but also made relevant comments.
This user did register as a member on our platform and submitted a 53USDT deposit. Because the system did not receive the user's funds, he kept contacting our customer service and provided a false payment screenshot. Because the funds are not much, our customer service has the authority to manually review the funds below 100USDT. Our staff received his payment screenshot and gave him the user's approval. His funds arrived. We did not receive the funds at that time. Then this customer purchased a $30 package and submitted a withdrawal after the contract expired. However, our system found a problem. We had not received the user's deposit after 24 hours, so we had reason to reject his withdrawal request through staff operations. When he contacted our customer service, he threatened to say something bad here if his withdrawal request was not met. We cannot tolerate such a thing. Because it happens frequently. Although it caused a bad evaluation of our platform, we believe that this may be the best evaluation. So thank this user.
