Really pleased with the team, came when they said they would and fitted the new back door with no hassle.

Received a phone call from this company on Sunday morning, enquiring about an inquiry that I’d made eight years ago. Having moved house since then and shockingly managed to get the work done in the last eight years they were no longer needed. What’s more concerning is that this company breaches GDPR regulations by storing your personal data outside of the legally allowed time with no valid reason.

When I questioned the presumed salesperson on the phone, he advised that he had no idea about this ruling and neither did the company.

Would suggest that you don’t give any personal data to this company unless you’re interested in being hounded for the best part of a decade.

We had several rooms worked on including flooring, lighting, and general joinery. From the first visit, the communication was clear, the quote was fair, and the workmanship was spot on. The team were organised and worked hard to stick to the timeline. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.

Had 2 doors replacements. Nice team of people. Really helped working with my limited budget. Although i’m not in a position to get the latest styled doors. But they did a good job in replacing my old rotten wooden doors with some new white PVC and gave me a complimentary lock which i appreciated.

Extension done finally! We had a few quotes and Crystal came in with best offer on the job. Fully insulated and they even gave us some complimentary kitchen cabinets after I complained to Max how I’ve been needing them doing but couldn’t afford to. Bespoke assessment got everything I need! Happy and would reccomend

I was a little nervous about doing a full kitchen but Crystal Renovations made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, they were respectful of my space, and genuinely cared about the end result.

I’ve worked with many companies over the years managing my own properties and I must say Crystal Renovations stands out. They recently completed full windows and doors at one of my son’s homes, and we were so impressed with the quality and turnaround that I instructed them again to carry out a full bathroom renovation at my other son’s property. Both jobs were handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was spot on, the workmanship was clean and to a high standard, and the lads on site were polite and respectful. Sammie especially kept us updated at every stage, which gave me confidence the job was in safe hands. Good to see a firm that still values service, quality and customer relationships. I’ll be using them again on future projects without hesitation.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to say something about Crystal Renovations. As an older lady living alone, I was a bit anxious about having such major work done, but I needn’t have worried. They completely transformed my bathroom, it’s now easy to manage, and absolutely spotless. The lads were polite, respectful, and always cleaned up after themselves. They also sorted my back garden, which had become quite overgrown. It’s now a lovely space I can actually enjoy again, even my neighbours have commented on how lovely it looks! Sammie kept in touch throughout, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. It’s rare to find a company that actually cares about getting it right these days, but this team really did. Thank you so much!

Although the young lad did a fab job when you are trying to get intouch after fitting there is always (in a meeting )when you try to phone also Jamie was really rude pestering till 9.15 at night to an 82 year old.
Still not got a date for when they will collect old windows which block my drive so I can’t get car out or go anywhere. Supposed to come yesterday but didn’t . Not got a guarantee also fir the works been done
A week later still no one to pick rubbish up and no return of calls leaving a 90 and 82 year old stranded
Now not answering phones please please do not use this company there obviously not what they say they are, I fo wish my mum and dad would have spoken to me before booking them to do work for them
1 week later and still no rubbish collected. Plus changed phone number so you can’t get intouch with them . This is not a good company be warned .
