I used this company on subscription for a few months and received my orders however I was charged for my order in February and never received that order, I sent multiple emails and got no response.
RUN! DO NOT order!
Placed an order on 5th March 2024 and yet to receive any. I used my fiancé’s credit card and the total bill is EU$800. He is livid and have contacted the Credit card company to take action.
I have contacted CGskincare via email multiple times with no responses. They completely ignored me and it hurts.
Now, their website is shut down but i still see them on Amazon and other 3rd party sites. Do not order from these sites as well and report CG to them too. I really hope the credit card company get them real good.

I placed an order on the 22nd March 2024, the money was debited from my account and up until today, I still have not received my order. I sent email, sent a message on Facebook and no reply. I will now open a case with my bank to get my money back. This is bad customer service. If they don't exist anymore they should stop trading.

I've been buying the gluthathione suppositories for a few years now. I have no problem with the quality, but the customer service is terrible. They got my shipping address wrong, they refused to respond to emails or messages. They don't send any information about the status of your order, and it takes ages to get a package that is coming from within the same city.
Those suppositories are £400. This is not the way to treat customers. I will stop buyingfromm them because of this bad customer service.

Takes money from account without warning, AVOID
This company took money out of my account because I had a subscription I wasn’t aware of from 6 months ago. They didn’t even send me an email or text letting me know they were going to take money out of my account. When I told them/Holly this and to refund because legally they’re supposed to, Holly had such a nasty attitude telling me that she doesn’t have to let me know that shes taking money out my account and wont refund me.
When I sent back the product it was delivered after 3 attempts and they STILL didn’t refund. I’ve reported the company already and had to get my refund through the bank because these lazy scammers don’t want to run a business like other professionals.
Update: I returned the product I unwillingly paid from CG skincare, they told me even if i did sent it back they still wouldn’t refund me. Well...I sent the package back and after 2 attempts they signed for the package and took it back. They weren’t even bothered to let me know they received it and refund me, they just kept it and kept silent probably trying to sell it to another customer. How unethical to take the money and the item and not even refund, I had to report them to my bank, ban them and received a refund. I also suggest anyone going through this to report report report.
They also tried to take my review down but leave all the positive fake reviews UNVERIFIED up. Nice try.

Disappointed with customer service
Purchased 4 products but decided to return 2 of them. Royalmail has attempted to deliver it on 3 occasions already but there seemed to be no one at the address. I have sent 2 to 3 different emails without any response. My question is : why is it so difficult to get intouch with crystalglow?
There’s no phone number to contact anyone and there’s no one at the address.
Your returns policy is just 14 days. And since there’s no one at the address for the past week or so, Wht happens to my refund? And the products are not even cheap for one to let go the money.hope someone will respond here since a blind eye has been turned to my emails. Thanks

Not as good as they claim
I am not so sure it works as good as they claim. I have been using CG skincare ultimate 7pc kojic acid brightening set, for about 4 months now. I haven't seen any visible changes. All my pigmentation, my skin tone, my scars are as it is. It changed nothing while i used the products almost everyday or every other day.

I received my cocktail powder with its seal broken. Even the tape seal of the outer bubble wrap pack has captured the spilled out powder. I was careful to take pictures from the beginning to end of opening the black bubble wrap pack. Because of the pink powder around the seal tape, it was too easy to open.
Upon further checking and opening it slowly, a lot of its powder is out of the original white packaging!
Now, let me ask you, would you consume a product that has traveled from afar and travelled many days to you? I am too wary of it. Then, I saw the Cocktail white package opened! All these, proof with pictures.
I immediately emailed CG with the pictures. A subpar of a human call Holly B emailed me saying that she checked with Royal mail and my country's custom that they do routine checks. I don’t believe her cause custom communications takes days to respond but she replied within a day. I however brushed it off.
Holly B offered me 10% refund (I paid 400 pounds!) or get it returned. But I have to bear the shipping costs back too (More Loss!) I wanted to return it but the local mail said they wouldn't allow contaminated products to be sent over as opened consumables are considered contaminated. The local term and conditions have tightened since Covid-19 that Holly B refused to care about. So Holly B opened a dispute and introduced me to another sub-par humanoid, Natalie W.
Day 2, the powder revealed spots of black and the smell was sour (I got pictures!)
Who in the right mind would consume it? Natalie W said I'm lying cause they put in antioxidants in it. What Natalie doesnt know is that I work in a lab. Opened exposed antioxidants cuts its efficacy by a lot. She lies again, doing everything to keep my money.
Natalie W is a trained dispute liar with uncompassionate cold black heart. I told her of what's happening and apparently she checked with my country's custom and said this time, they didn't open it and blamed it on me! It was a quick turn of the table so they can keep all corporate greeds i see she might be pleasuring herself under the table when she replies to me.
My local Post, Fedex, DHL have all rejected me but NataLIE said ''It doesn’t matter if FedEx have rejected you. We have not asked you to send the package via your own FedEx. We have been very clear about this. Any courier rejecting you has nothing to do with CG. We have our own courier network and contracts with them. Its very simple and you are intentionally insisting to ignore our advise.''
From her quote above am i wrong to say that she completely ignored me? They use FEDEX, DHL, UPS. How is it that when they have rejected me that it has nothing to do with them? You see how much of a manipulative human she is?
You see how she manipulates in her snakey ways? I would get fined under biohazard law by not declaring if i get caught. With thae sour smell, I feel like I'm totally going to get caught and the item disposed of. Indirectly, she wanted me to lie to the couriers. I am convinced now that CG is the one sending badly packed product to overseas customers. (refer to earlier description of the outer packaging tape with powder)
Pushing blame around, changing stories, manipulation, ignoring what you're saying even after you do your due diligence and showing responsibility to your own country - are their ways to run away with bad, spoilt product so they can keep all the hundreds they have spent on you.
IT'S EASIER FOR THEM TO RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY SINCE YOU'RE AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER. DISHONEST AND SCAMMY!
Natalie W have a way with words, rudeness is her middle name, it brings out the worst in you. I have kept the email for paper trail and will send out to relevant parties that needs to be alerted.
Someone told me to give it up and do all the reports possible to alert all authorities. Hopefully, the more they get reported on, they will be flagged faster. I suggest that all of the ones with bad experiences here to report them and send in to the authorities.
Tell them you don't expect a refund but need to alert an abusive company structure and dealings.
I don't know how they sleep at night. They have ZERO MORALS, especially the fetch dogs that are Holly B & NataLIE W.
Do not even think about it! GO with some other company. 30% of bad reviews on Trustpilot is very bad, guys!
So what have you learnt from my review? Do not give in to mutts and do the allowed ways of reporting to any organisation to create awareness.
