must say I'm rather disappointed with my visit there, especially after reading all the positive reviews here on Google.

I went there shortly before going on a holiday with two ears that were blocked and needed earwax removal (One of which being quite severely impacted).

It started OK, the person performing the removal managed to unblock one of my ears (removed a fair chunk of wax) , told me that this ear only needs some olive oil drops to dissolve and naturally remove the rest of the earwax there... Which I believed...
Then they proceeded to the other ear (which was a lot more blocked than the first one), and despite trying very hard, they couldn't dislodge it, because it was fairly deep.

I was told to use olive oil drops for a couple of days to soften it, and then try to come again....

Sadly, because I was going away for a long period of time, a few days after that appointment, I found a different clinic at the place I was going to, and booked an appointment with them a week after.

I ordered the Partner Mic for my Phonak Audeo hearing aids. The price was excellent and the ordering process was very good, with lots of help. The product arrived in good time, well packaged and undamaged. It works brilliantly. I am completely happy with the service received from Crystal Hearing and would recommend them highly.
