They are cold-calling me and asking for my full name and date of birth and don't seem to understand that no one with any common sense will give out personal details over the phone!

Informed nearly two weeks that I had been awarded a refund from HMRC. Sent bank details to them. Still not had any money despite two chase up e-mails. Really annoyed because I could probably have done this myself. My own fault, think they are a bunch of fraudsters. Don't trust this company.

Appointed this firm 3 years ago for possible PPI claims, but they go no results. Fair enough. Now I get bombarded by Crystal legal with nuisance texts that can't be blocked.
Crystal legal - a plague on texts
I’m so fed up of Crystal legal.
It’s just impossible to get them to stop sending plaguing nuisance texts. I’ve done everything- I’m trying to find a way to report them for telecom offences after they continue to harrass me and my husband with unsolicited nuisance texts.
Crystal legal services have been brilliant.
Crystal legal services have been brilliant. They have got us a lot of money back which we would have not have done ourselves as we were unaware we were owed anything. We have not been harassed in anyway by them. They have been nothing but very polite and very helpful. Very professional company.

The operators are polite and very courteous. They do get things done, but it does cost a whopping 30%
E.g if your compensation is £27.17, after VAT @20%( £1.63) and their fee rate 30%
That is £9.78. Take away that from £27.17.thats what you are left with.
Another example.
If you win £177.86, tax deducted £20.51(20%of 8% statutory interest £102.55)
The bank pays £157.35, then deduct 30% and VAT 20%=£64.03 to crystal legal you get £93.83.

Absolute nightmare company endless calls texts and letters claiming I owe them for ppi award they won for me in 2018, after informing them that I have checked my bank statements for the date they say I received payment and several months before and after the date nothing paid in to my account they are still threatening me with court
AVOID AVOID AVOID !
AVOID AVOID AVOID !! Please do NOT EVER use this company.
I have been harrased with endless texts and phone calls claiming that I owe them money for something that was never claimed. Their staff are rude and unpleasant. They are now threatening legal action for a non existent claim. I am considering making a compensation claim for the distress they have put me through. If anyone else is in this situation, contact CISAS - they are excellent and understanding and will deal with the company direct, ensuring that you get the compensation you deserve from these parasites.
STOP NUISANCE TEXTS
I am absolutely at my wits end with this bunch. I am inundated daily with text messages from them about mis-selling! I have spoken to them to remove my details, but still the texts keep coming.
I dare not voice my feelings of hatred for these people. Why do they continue to aggravate and annoy people. I would take out a restraining order if I could against them.
Reclaimed PPI
I have been able to claim back a substantial amount of money from PPI thanks to Crystal Legal. I know that I could have done it myself but I probably wouldn't have bothered. They made it very easy and their communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.
Unsolicited text messages to use their services
I consider this company like so many like them to leach off others in order to make money. These PPI companies under the guise of legal groups are a disgrace and shameful to our country and our standards.
They harassed me many times with texts trying to make a claim in spite of me requesting they stop.
I would give them zero stars if this was available.
It has taken months to get them to respond to me to remove my details under GDPR. The breached the law by continuing to message me after I asked them to stop and remove my details from their database. Shame on them!!

Crystal Legal have done several cases…
Crystal Legal have done several cases for me now, and i can honestly say i have found them nothing but totally polite, professional and always willing to help. I know most of them now on first name terms and they spend as much time as they can going through what they are doing for me in a very friendly manner.
My experience with them is 100% at the opposite pole of the 1 star rating. I was not expecting to get anything when i started with them but they have been nothing short of totally excellent. I would recommend them completely and i don't do that often.
Don’t TRUST
Don’t trust the sales people (they are nice) you believe them!! put all your trust in them!
They do not (at all) (like other more professional companies) get the best possible monies for you!!!!!!! They take the first cheeky offer they can!!! Then HARASS you in an extremely RUDE manner for there large (almost half) cut of your monies won
I did everything I was told to do (by them) was polite courteous and as always helpful (and I STILL came up against NEEDLESS rudeness and BULLYING) they did not in my opinion earn there money, which I paid to them on time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY instead use one that works their hardest to get you the best offer! And politely request there monies for doing a good job! ...NOT this one!
