Item did not arrive. Multiple emails to info@crystalnation regarding update or support. Have just been ignored. Surprising considering they're asking for reviews on here..
I am escalating this further as I feel like I have been scammed.. reporting to resolver so I can then escalate to ombudsman when they still do not reply..
