Hi, Sorry to hear you was disappointed in your shopping experience. I can see you purchased a 1gm piece of Moldavite Tektite for £19.95. Based on this price all our UK orders are free delivery so its not possible to send out in a presentation box due to the shipping cost of a parcel which is approx £4.50. We take into account that customers wanting to start thier Moldavite Journey would prefer to pay a cheaper price rather than paying £25.00 which would have been the case on this instance just to have a gift box included.
