If there were a minus star I would choose it. I thought I was buying direct from the manufacturer (Vaccumax) so the Pandoo/CSC website is a cunning imitation. The attachment does not fit either of my vacuum hoses, and the cost of return to China is more than the value of the item - not worth throwing good money after bad as no confidence that they will make the refund anyway - it took three contacts and three weeks via the website to raise a reply. I HAVE SINCE SEEN EXACTLY THE SAME PRODUCT FOR MUCH LESS ON AMAZON - including a gadget to adapt to a Dyson vacuum hose. Glad I did not buy a higher value item as some people appear to have been scammed into.

Csc premium/ performance society llc /pandoo shop These are all linked. Performance society llc will take your payment. Then you will get email from pandoo stating your goods are being processed. 5 r 6 weeks in you will receive your Chinese tat. Csc premium are running customer services,when you request a refund Address for faulty goods they will inform you Of pandoo’s address in China. The return postage to there cost on average £40.so long suckers.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Biggest let down ever. bought projector that promised great image quality and sound etc etc. but it is just crap. unusable. want to return but there is no contact. have sent many messages from their site, no response. have to chalk this one up to experience and learn from it. Total scammers!!

Bought 3 artic air coolers. They do not work at all. Return Shipping is $431...they will not provide a refund or return shipping even though they falsely advertised their product. These things are trash. The company is legitimately ripping people off!! Do Not Buy from this company which also represents themselves as Pandoo.

I bought 2 mini Projectors for $200. They were very poor quality and completely useless. When I contacted them, They said you have to ship it back to us to CHINA! the cost of shipping is more than $200. So i had to through them in the garbage and loose my money. They are a scam. I wish I had read the reviews about them. My Advise stay away from these scammers. Both Shopwala.com and Pandooshop.com are the same scammers as CSC premium

I ordered 4 arctic air coolers. Never did it say from China. The 1st arrived & did not blow arctic air & it leaked. I contacted them & no response. The 2nd one arrived & the fan didn’t work. Contacted them, no response. The 3rd arrived & I didn’t even open it because I wanted a refund. 4th has never arrived. After 10 emails, they finally responded & wanted pictures that they were broken. They told me I could send back @ my expense...$300 to send the 3 back. I contacted them again via email & demanded a return label & they refused. This company is a total SCAM!!!! Please don’t buy from this company. They are horrible & take forever to respond. They wait until your 15 days return policy to contact you, if even. It seems I’m stuck w/ this junk but am working w/ my credit card company to dispute all charges. Hope this helps someone.

I ordered 2 Vacumax from this company. Their advert stated they would fit any Vacuum Cleaner. They don't fit either of mine.
I have contacted them via their website (which seems to be the only way to contact them) to arrange a refund and return.
Each time I receive the same email from 'Miguel'
saying exactly the same as the previous email, and to contact them again whereupon I receive yet another email from 'Miguel' saying exactly the same as before.
I can find no other way of contacting this company.
I urge you to find a reliable Company to deal with.

Horrible - no response from CSC Premium to return air cooler, same as other reviews - NO NO NO NO NO - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Totally agree with all previous reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased 3 of their air coolers and two leaked on receipt. Contacted CSCPremium and was given an address in China to send them back to despite the original packaging showing a return address in the UK. To add insult to injury the label on the original packaging stated a customs value of £12.50 and I paid more than 3 times that price!!!! Even at £12.50 the coolers would have been a rip off. Have tried contacting CSC Premium again but received no further response. Their Customer Service is appalling. Wish I’d read these reviews first before buying the coolers in the first place.

Why is this company allowed to continue to sell? I have had the same experience as others here.

I bought two air conditioned but they drop the water. I sent email to the support and nobody answered. I need to have my money back. Ivhad 14 days to try them. But they are passing and nobody solve the problem

Absolute SCAM don't buy no response from customer service after complaint and return waste £102 and does nothing of what it advertise just a cheap nasty water cooler that cost extortion price avoid at all cost shame on me for not reviewing this company in 1st place

wish there was a way to note a more negative STAR. STOP immediately if you are considering buying. Everything noted in other bad reviews is 100% accurate. Shame on me for not reading first but it is such a maze when buying you only find out the CSC connection after paying. It is an ARCTIC AIR sold cheap in Canada at Walmart paid obscene cost with a company that has probably closed their online store front. NO repsonse at all three emails trying to return product...oh and yes I bought the warranty as well, NEVER AGAIN. Total scam.

My husband bought the Polaire Air Cooler. As others have found, it leaks all the water out of it onto electrical sockets (we had this by the bed plugged into an extension lead). £73 down the drain (we bought the lifetime warranty). We tried to issue 3 tickets (return requests) with CSCPremium and PandooShop - no response whatsoever. Feel like we have been scammed.

I agree with all the Reviews. I wish i had read all this reviews before purchasing. They are scam and a fraud. The product leaks and i have been trying to return it but i am sending email but no reply. it only has a P.o.box. they are fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Outrageous prices, UNACCEPTABLE returns policy (send your goods back to China, pay the import duty etc etc)and if you want to see reference to our case go to Pandoo Shop who CSC use for a lot of its products.

I bought 2 units of this Arctic Air Evaporative Air Cooler. When I try to use 1 unit, there is burning smell and I quickly off it. I dare not try the other unit because I afraid it may start a fire. Send 3 email to them but no reply.
Do not buy this product n they will never reply mails when u ask for refund and I fact it is very stressful to deal with this supplier

I received 2 of these Arctic Air units. Both they do not power ups and both were damaged also. The company does not respond to inquires and appears this is a scam.

If I could give a minus value I would.
What was supposed to be a $90 Polaire personal air con unit for my son turned out to be an Artic Air you can buy at Walmart for under $40.
Not only was it fraud to sell a polaire and deliver a much cheaper product but the product delivered was damaged and it was missing a piece of the damaged area which means it could not have been damaged in transit. It was also missing a USB cable.
Update August 15th. Got a full refund so added another star. Not sure who they use for fulfillment but they need to find someone else.
