Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing frequent machine breakdowns, slow repair times, and difficulties in getting issues resolved. Reviewers also consistently highlighted issues with payment systems, including machines taking money without starting cycles, double-charging, and unexpected price increases. Not Recommended

This company provides one of the worst customer experiences imaginable. They hardly have materials in stock and as a customer, I've experienced nearly unreasonable wait times to receive a washer/dryer set. The deliver person sent out has been rude and utterly unprofessional. Avoid this service if you can. You're better off just finding something on Facebook marketplace.

Terrible company

Terrible company , terrible service. Do not sign any contracts with them. They automatically renew for years and years without notice. According to them they have a great response rate but the tenants say otherwise. Our company receives constant complains from the tenants regarding CSC.

Are machines at 521 woodward princeton work broke for at least 8 months dyrer. Since i cant use the app, using quarters, machine took my quarters .75 cents then would take the rest. Worst company ive ever dealt with in my life. Technology cannot help this terribly ran organization.

This app is crap

This app is crap! The public internet is very bad here. I used to be able to leave my son in the laundry, walk to my house, connect to my internet, and pay. Once the machine beeped, my son would push the start button and my laundry would start. Now, because you have to be right next to the machine, I can't do that anymore. So, I am forced to use the public internet, which is crap here! I have to stand next to the machine I want to use, only to have your app tell me that the machine isn't responding right now and to use another machine, but none of those machines are going to work since they are in the same laundry room using the same internet connection. As of right now, I have two machines loaded, but can't get them started and I am waiting for the manager to get home so she can restart the internet in the hopes that restarting the internet, might, maybe allow me to wash my clothes. I tried to leave feedback in the app and I typed up a lengthy response, but the Share Feedback button is still gray and won't let me push it.

Terrible Service

CSC ServiceWorks provides horrible service at our building. Machines are constantly broken, and maintenance requests take forever. In many cases, tickets are marked "resolved" claiming a technician stopped by, even though the issue was never fixed. Completely unreliable and frustrating. Would NOT recommend at all.

Use if you want the worst experience possible.

Is your laundry process not stressful or frustrating enough for your taste? Do you like having to go through the worst scavenger hunt of your life every time you wash your clothes? Well then do I have the laundry service for you! Not only was figuring out how to put money on the card virtually impossible, because all provided websites, phone numbers, and apps DON’T WORK, but the system for adding funds is horrendous. Every time I want to add funds, I have to call, provide all of my card (both laundry and payment) information over the phone, and then wait for their system to load my new pin, which for whatever reason is single use. I’m moving to another building soon, and I’m most excited about never having to use this sorry excuse for a service ever again.

This laundry company is the worst

This laundry company is the worst! Their machines constantly break, rip clothes, leave clothes smelling musty from their machine. Poor maintenance, mildew build up. No maintenance once so ever. If you put in a tech support ticket don't expect that someone will come service the machine for at least a month, if not longer. Don't walk RUN the other way if you are thinking about getting machines from this company.

Absolute Nightmare

You can submit for a refund, but you’ll never get it. Absolute rip off, raised prices significantly for old, disgusting machines that break down constantly. Total trash, avoid them.

CSW won’t take their equipment out

We decided to change companies for laundry services at our condominium complex. These people wouldn’t come and get there equipment. Finally, the HOA had there equipment put outdoors so the new company could come in. So, remember if you have CSW come in, getting rid of them might take legal action.

Is this a joke

Is this a joke? The washers literally make my clothes dirtier somehow, they leave dark marks all over white items, rip things, and on top of the damage I really don’t think it’s cleaning shit. One of the washers in my building has been down for months, I’ve submitted several tickets and I imagine others in the building are as well. So expensive for a barely functioning operation - shameful business

Why,Oh Why

Why,Oh Why, do they charge a convenience fee if we do not use their app to pay. Not fair to the senior citizens who do not have a cell phone or have one that's out of date. Im not one also, that wants to put my banking info on the app. Why the LLC who owns this complex picked CSC is beyond me.

i absolutely despise this company

i absolutely despise this company. they are at every complex i lived at in different states and it still remains - they are scammers, they never refund you for broken machines, never get ahold of anyone, etc. i dread having them at my home - the emotional distress a laundry company causes is insane. imagine only having a certain amount to wash for your family and after "starting" machines you come out and they ran through the cycle but never washed your clothes. This really sucks. Nothing i can even do.... Hoping this bad review helps complexs STOP choosing them!!?

issues over the corse of 7 years! they are ALWAYS the company apartments choose. ugh.

I live in an apartment building for…

I live in an apartment building for disabled people and this week we were told we cannot put money on our cards because the machine only takes credit cards until someone comes to fix it. I tried my banks debit card and nothing happens. Its been over a week now and still no one has showed up. These people should not have a license, period. Just money grubbing low life's would do this to disabled people.

Extremely Poor Service, Unreliable Response Times, and Ongoing Unresolved Issues

As a property manager responsible for hundreds of apartments, I rely heavily on vendors who can provide timely, reliable service — especially for something as essential as laundry equipment. Unfortunately, my experience with CSC ServiceWorks has been consistently disappointing.

We have had multiple machines down for long periods of time, some of which were reported weeks to months ago, and they still remain out of service. This has caused ongoing frustration for residents and has created unnecessary work for our management team.

Reaching CSC is unnecessarily difficult. Service requests often go unanswered until you call repeatedly and escalate the issue, and even then, the follow-through is unreliable. On the occasions when a technician does arrive, the machines are frequently not properly repaired, leading to repeated failures shortly afterward. The pattern is clear: slow response, inconsistent fixes, and a lack of accountability.

As a property manager with years of experience coordinating vendors, I can confidently say that this has been one of the most challenging service providers to work with. The level of service we received does not meet the basic expectations of a multifamily community, let alone a professional partnership.

I cannot recommend CSC ServiceWorks based on the service history we've experienced.

CSC ServiceWorks/Appliance Warehouse Leasing is a Nightmare

CSC ServiceWorks/Appliance Warehouse Leasing. To be honest their customer service is a bit of a nightmare. We have been with them for over 10 years and our dryer broke down so we called to set up an appointment to fix it. They couldn't come for 2 weeks. On the day of the service they didn't list an ETA so we contacted them to check in only to find out that they no longer service our area and can't repair the machine. So we schedule a pickup for the washer & dryer for the next Tuesday (the only day they pick up) and we go to Costco and buy a washer and dryer and store their machines in our garage. Tuesday comes, we stay home all day and they haven't shown or contacted us so we call and no one know when or if they are coming so we have to schedule to the next Tuesday. We clear our schedule again for the next week and even though we call multiple times during the day to confirm and try to see if a manager can let us know what is happening they once again don't show and don't contact us. I call the next day and to both work orders and to service and they don't know anything and can't call the department that picks up machines. Even talking to a manager accomplishes nothing, I finally get through to someone who seemed to care in Finance and they wrote the department responsible for pickups while we were on the phone and emphasized they needed to contact us. They didn't. I tried contacting the corporate legal office, but that number just forwards back to the first three choices. So I I'm left with few choices. We have scheduled a pickup for the coming Tuesday. After that our billing cycle renews and they will try to charge us for another month, though it has been a month since we first contacted them. What's left... contacting our Senators, contacting a lawyer? At this point I can truly say this is the worse customer service I have every experienced in over 50 years. Avoid them like the plague!
