zero stars

they still havent repaired the machines a month after i put in multiple service requests. its the 3rd time in a year the washer and dryer are out of order. the contract bars me from calling a local company to repair the machines. cscsw shouldnt be allowed to hold repairs hostage for whatever reason

Avoid CSC at all cost!

We had a 5 year contract with CSC. They installed the equipment incorrectly and then blamed the HOA that the venting was not correct. Their card readers mysteriously stopped working and they repeatedly blamed the Internet connection when their credit card processor went out of business. The contract was so loose, they did NOTHING to repair machines. We had machines that were down for 8+ MONTHS. We had 15 washers and 15 dryers. At one point, we had 4 working washers and 5 working driers. They blamed COVID for not being able to get parts. Nothing was ever put in writing. Their customer service was useless. Management repeatedly lied to us and made promises they had no intention of fulfilling. The service was so bad in the last 2 years of the contract, a sign was put up in the laundry room to use their equipment at your own risk. They wanted us to pay to terminate the contract because they would not release us from it due to their poor performance. It's too bad you have to give them 1 star to write a review because they don't deserve. They should get zero stars.

My landlord maintains 12 washers and 12…

My landlord maintains 12 washers and 12 dryers from csc. 11 of the washers flat out do not run and have not run for 6 months. CSC has ignored our service requests. I cannot express strongly enough how incompetent these people are.

I was reviewing the instructions on how to use the CSC washer, a service tech stopped what he was doing to show me step by step how the process worked and gave me a complimentary wash!

Great at taking your money

Great at taking your money, on the app and even per quarter! Horrible at service requests and refunds!!! Went 3 months without a working dryer and once they FINALLY fixed the heating element to DRY your clothes the dryer door would NOT stay closed and it would have to be run a minimum of 2 times to dry your clothes and have NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!!!

Reversal Payment Refund SCAM BEWARE

They refused to provide a complete refund due to stipulation “reversal payment.” However, the reversal was done due to a company wide issue that completely shut down the app and caused issues with payments. After that experience, I refused to use their service. They had placed the funds back onto my account the next day after the app issue was resolved. It is egregious that they refuse to return money if it is a “reversal payment.” They are a complete SCAM, go use a private laundry mat for your washing and drying needs.

CSC are the worst kind of parasites

They put the price for their tiny, dirty washers up by $.50 per load last year without providing any additional services or improved hardware. It may not sound like much but really adds up. And it's not terribly clear what 'service' they provide considering there's been times when both washers at my complex have been broken for a week or more, often with dirty water sitting in the drum attracting mosquitos. They let you pay via credit card but if the machine turns out to be broken they won't refund the card used for payment, only mail a paper check which takes 2+ weeks.

Would never recommend

I am a leasing agent a a property who works with CSC and they are terrible.
They have come into my home 7 times in 4 months. 5 repairs and 2 replacements later, in my home. (I also live here) and they always miscommunicate scheduling. Their workers are unknowledgeable, and unprofessional. They have damaged my drywall and broken my dryer door, which sits on the ground now. The latest replacement, which after using 3 hours after they replaced with a new unit, is leaking on my floor. They question if you know how to turn on a W/D correctly, to belittle your knowledge of something so common.

UPDATE 1/26/2025. After the install 1/22/25. After one use, and heading to work, came back to house flooding downstairs and upstairs, due to the w/d not being installed correctly. GOOD JOB :)

Their air station flattens tires

Their air station flattened mine, and another guy's tire. This left me in a lurch and i had to call for help. thankfully i have family to help me otherwise i'd be fronting the cost of a tow truck or AAA visit, when all i was trying to do was top off my tires.

I am the Property Manager at a 4 story…

I am the Property Manager at a 4 story High Rise and we have CSC as a laundry company,... WHAT A JOKE !! The app money is never shown on the collection report and to my knowledge I have never seen a dime of that money for my building! It takes over a week for anyone to come to fix anything and the room has been offline forever!! I ca not load funds to my CSC account and its not like I dont have the money to do it there is just always a problem with it! They are junk, they are a joke and should be ran with a little more business sense than what they have now. I have called them everyother day for the last three weeks to get the machines emptied and guess what NOTHING !!

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM, their air machines take quarters and the machines do not work. Then the only offer for refund they have is by check. Nobody would take a check that small so they just profit off the quarters. Horrible company with no morals or ethics

Washer so small

Washer so small !
The website shows a fullsize stackable washer however when a new washer was supposed to be sent, not only was washer so small it can barely fit 1 load they refused to take washer iny house previous resident rented from them.now still stuck paying for a washer not in my house and a broken washer. Don't use them a waste of time.

CSC ServiceWorks has turned into the…

CSC ServiceWorks has turned into the worst company ever. I worked for them for almost 36 years. CSC ServiceWorks does not care about you just as they don’t care about employees who try to give proper customer service. I always tried to push customer great service. If great customer service was provided the increased revenue would reflect that effort. However, new management, chose to chase revenue and bonuses above all. Very sorry they turned into that kind of company. This company was not always like this. At one time I was proud to be part of management at CSC. I was terminated while having the best metrics and KPIs in the company. No reason or thanks for the past 36 years of dedicated service to this company.

3 times washer stopped in middle of…

3 times washer stopped in middle of cycle had to move to next washer tried to get refund B.S. Let me warn you machines are set to default small load cold water so you only get bad wash. "Deceptive" Often no hot water although you paid for it. This company needs to be sued for like a million dollars to get their attention.I advise just go to a laundromat with an attendant so you don't get repeatedly screwed. They offered me a refund after my post but no way keep your ill gotten gains, just to much hassle.

I stand by this review. Trust pilot sent me a message saying that the company thinks I reviewed wrong company , and I inadvertently agreed. They are going to remove this review in error.

This company is terrible. Laundry room washers and dryers do not operate properly 50% of the time .
The app is ridiculously bad when trying to report outages and requests for refunds .
Send them an email for service and they don’t respond for two weeks.

Companies really don’t care about people these days , all they care about is taking as much money as they can scrape from you . Disgusting

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone and if you do, you get the runaround while they promise to fix things and do NOTHING!!!

Cancelled my appointment via voicemail and changed what I asked for WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME FIRST!! Good luck finding anyone who cares. I'd rather pay the $1500 to purchase what I need.

Have had the absolute worst experience…

Have had the absolute worst experience with this company. We tried to start the machine 4 times only to have a message pop up that it was unable to be started or process our payment. On the fifth try it finally worked, however whilst the machine wouldn’t begin they had no trouble taking the money from my account despite the message appearing saying payment was unable to be processed. I then emailed the company in October to explain the situation, sent them proof of payment being taken 4 additional times. Have received emails back and forth requesting that different actions needed to be taken by me, did each of them immediately. Then stopped hearing from them altogether. Finally heard from them again in early December after sending an email to take it further and now here we are on the 19th of December still yet to receive a refund and instead just receive an email to request the refund on the app even though I have said countless times that this will not work. Hence, me emailing in the first place. Absolutely appalling service and company. Cannot believe that still after 3 months no resolution has been reached and barely get an email response from them to fix the problem. I will be taking this further. All I can recommend is DO NOT use this company, save yourself the trouble. I have them the benefit of the doubt and have been nothing but disappointed.
