No payment after many months and now…

No payment after many months and now asked for items to be returned - the list they have provided is not the list of items unsold, a number missing - this is now possibly a case of fraud and I would urge anyone else in this position to look at taking action - I've given multiple chances to pay, I chase weekly and get the same answer that they are looking into it - the staff are great, items I've purchased I've been very happy with but now that isn't enough, I need to be paid and my items returned.
Looking at the responses on this review site people are 5* for purchase and 1* for payouts - there is a pattern.
I'm really sorry it has come to this - but it has come to this.

Best Sales Associates!

Joya and Dimitri could not have been more amazing and helpful. I was shopping for jackets, and they brought up many options that were not on the floor and exactly what I was looking for. I always stop as CSD when I am in London because they have the best selection, but they really make it a wonderful experience as well.

Honestly if I could go lower than 1…

Honestly if I could go lower than 1 star I would. This company needs to be investigated as I think what they are doing is illegal! They take your items, sell them with multiple discounts and then keep the money. My item sold in April and I am still outstanding my payment. They keep saying it will be prioritised but I have no confidence I will ever see this money. I think my best way of getting what is owed is by going through small claims court. Please do not consign your items to them.

Chased them for months until they paid me


They’ve sold 8 of my items and have not been paid for them. I’ve emailed and called and always excuses and I’m still waiting for my payment!This is a breach of their contract
Thanks for your reply dated today the 12th of September and you are right you just paid part of what you owe me minutes before your reply.
On the 23rd of July I requested to collect my unsold items and I was told there is only ONE item that’s unsold ( which I picked up ) and not FOUR hence you’re still owing me for 3 and not as you said in your reply you have paid for all sold items.
I finally received the remaining money on the 16th of September.

Payment issue

Very bad exprerience with CSD and their payments.
Payments are not made on time despite many emails and phone calls and their hollow promises that you are on our priority list and it will be dealt with soon.
Very unprofessional. Do not adhere to their own terms and conditions.

They are thieves



I have had a frustrating experience with the Consign Sale Clothes
In February 2025 I entrusted the Consign Sale Cloths Shop with hight value Designer clothing to sale. As I haven’t heard from the company, in August I decided to get my cloths back but to my surprise I was told everything was sold. I never have had any updates from them.
Since August 2025 I’ve been trying to contact CSC and asked provide me with invoice and payment. I haven’t got anything. The name of directors or owner was hidden too
I’ve already sent a final demand letter, my next steps will be involve seeking legal advice and reporting the situation to Consumer Protection Agencies and Trading Standard Office.
From Trustpilot I understood I’m not only one victim of this fraud company.
Sharing my experience on platforms like Trustpilot can help raise awareness about the company and may assist others in avoiding similar issues.

Shocking

Great shop with amazing service!

Great shop with amazing service by Caprice, she guided us through the shopping experience and gave us all the extra info about the bag I was contemplating to get, helped me decide and very carefully packaged my purchase, would definitely recommend this shop! Stealing the consignment money I'm owed

I urge all consigners to sell their items with other businesses in London. I have been chasing payment from CSD for many months, through emails and phone calls, only to be met with radio silence. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is shocking. A complaint needs to be made to the Trading Standards office regarding CSD.

SELLERS' ALERT: parted with £10,000 Chanel/Patek Philippe goods in Sept 2024 and only received £585 in Aug 2025

In September last year I consigned Chanel goods (handbag, necklace and earrings) which CSD valued at £7200. At that time I also consigned Patek Philippe cufflinks which CSD valued at £2750. I was told that I would receive a statement as soon as items were sold but heard nothing until I contacted CSD in June 2025 when I was informed that the Chanel items had already been sold. They were unable to provide any further details about date of sale / price achieved but promised a prompt response. Despite numerous calls and emails with several members of staff who apologised and gave assurances that they would respond within a week, I have received no reply. Finally, after an email threatening legal action on 6 Aug, I received a bank transfer of £585 two days later without being sent any sales statement or communication from CSD.
In addition, when I first wrote this review I had requested to pick up the cuff links as I no longer wanted to sell them through this company but I have subsequently received an email saying the cuff links have been sold, contrary to my request to collect them. And as before I have had no information regarding the apparent time of this sale or the price achieved.
There has been no transparency from this company and I am now 1 year on, with 3 months of repeated empty promises to escalate my complaint and finally settle the payments due. Judging from the numerous similar reports of other seller’s experiences I believe this company clearly warrants investigation.
I wish I had looked on trust pilot at similar reviews before trusting this company. In addition to legal action I plan to contact Visa to let them know my concerns as well as Gov.org to report this company in the hope other sellers going forward decide to sell their goods elsewhere.

Told item was not available over a week after ordering and haven’t had a refund

I ordered some sandals using the 20% discount code promotion. After a week the item still had arrived despite having an email to say the item was being shipped. I emailed customer services and did not get a reply. Today I called and was told the item was no longer available and that I would receive a refund. I was told I was sent an email explaining this - simply not true, searched my mailboxes there was no email sent - and if this was the case why hasn’t my refund already been sent? I then received an email now saying the refund has been processed but it has not as I paid via PayPal which is instant. I would avoid this company they seem to keep customers money without fulfilling orders. Complete scam.

Update: contacted customer services again again told the refund had been issued which was false. Opened a case with PayPal to get the money back in the end

No payment and no communication

CSD Review

I strongly advise against consigning any items with CSD shops in Marylebone, Notthing Hill and csd.shop online. I entrusted them with high-end designer pieces, which they sold months ago — yet they have failed to pay me what I am owed. As of today, they still owe me over £10,000 from sales made since March 2025.

Despite repeated emails, calls, and formal requests, I have received only a partial payment — transferred almost a month ago, and it only settled sales made since November 2024 — with no further updates or explanation.

This is not just poor communication or disorganization: this is unethical business practice.

If you're considering consigning with them, be aware that you may not see your money — even long after your items have sold. I am now pursuing formal recovery channels.

I have been consigning with CSD for…

I have been consigning with CSD for several years but unfortunately will be withdrawing my items as they DO NOT honor the contractual terms of payment. Despite endless calls and emails there is either no answer or an excuse. I have been chasing money owed since Feb and I'm still waiting. I am very concerned and will be filing a claim with the small clams court if not resolved asap.

Complete scam

Complete scam. They have not paid me for the items I consigned with them (which they sold months ago) - despite chasing more than 20 times - by call and email. Feels like they are probably going into bankruptcy? Do NOT sell your items on this platform.

In my opinion, you shouldnt buy from them either - I have my doubts as to whether their inventory/stock is genuine - I believe they have authenticity issues as well.
