I was only informed after emailing them…

I was only informed after emailing them that my item was sold back in September, i haven't received any payment and its December. I have been emailing them and they have been saying that they will inform the sales team and get back to me every time, it has come to the point where they don’t reply any more. To anyone considering selling an item through them please reconsider. There are other companies far more trustworthy.

CSD do not pay out client!

CSD do not pay and it is theft! They have sold some of my pieces one year ago and though I have constantly been chasing them, they still have not paid me. No one answers emails or follows up, and there is no customer service at all. Stay away!

STILL AWAITING PAYMENT FOR A GIVENCHY…

STILL AWAITING PAYMENT FOR A GIVENCHY BAG THEY SOLD ON CONSIGNMENT MORE THAN 4 MONTHS AGO. AFTER EMAILING AND CALLING THEY ALWAYS APOLOGISE, SAY THAT PAYMENT WILL COME AND IT NEVER ARRIVES. I BELIEVE THEY ARE ACTING FRAUDULENTLY.

I didn’t know that there are so many…

Update: they paid me 2 days after leaving this review.

I didn’t know that there are so many others like myself that are still waiting for a payout. I co-signed a pair of Gianvitto Rossi heels almost a year ago. I saw that it was sold. I contacted Head Office multiple times and they assured me a pay out. It’s now been about 6 months. I’ve bought a couple items from here before AND after co-signing with them but never again would I support this company if this is how they treat customers.

Beware!!!

Unfortunately, like many others, I am starting to read these reviews far too late, as I have also been waiting months for my payment. Still chasing!
Neither did they let me know when my item was sold and for how much.
I now feel uncomfortable having given them my account details as they are scammers. Beware!

Avoid , you never get paid

consigned 12 items with CSD in July 2025. They confirmed that several pieces were sold in August and September and promised payment after the return period. It is now months later, and I have received no payment, no sales report, and no explanation. Every attempt to contact them has been ignored.

CSD are holding money that legally belongs to me and have completely failed to honour their own agreement. Their communication is nonexistent, and their behaviour is unacceptable for a company acting as a consignment agent.

I have now begun taking formal legal action to recover the funds they owe me, since they refuse to provide even basic accountability. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid consigning anything with CSD.

I left a haute couture Elie Saab…

UPDATE - they responded to my review and paid me. HALF THE AMOUNT I WAS OWED. Their reply is NOT TRUE.

I left a haute couture Elie Saab wedding dress two years ago. It was sold on October 23rd, and it has been over a month with no one replying to emails and no payment. I am even more worried after reading reviews of everyone claiming they do not pay sellers.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.

Do Not Consign

Although CSD was initially very responsive in the process to obtain my consigned items, as soon as they were in possession of the items this stopped and they became completely unprofessional. I consigned a designer bag over a year ago and despite multiple WhatsApps, emails, and phone calls I cannot get any information about my item. Based on other reviews this seems to be a consistent pattern with the company and so I would advise any potential consignors to go elsewhere.

SCAM COMPANY! SOLD MY JACKET WITHOUT PAYMENT!

I am really disappointed that I still haven’t received the payment for my SOLD Moncler jacket. CSD informed me that it was sold on September 10, and mentioned that I would receive the payment within two weeks. However, it has now been nearly 3 months, and I still haven’t received the funds.
I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to follow up, but the only response I receive is that “the payment is being arranged.” Unfortunately, nothing has been processed so far.I am still waiting the payment to receive by my bank account.

be aware of the situation

I’ve consigned multiple items with CSD over the past year, and while a few payouts eventually came through, I am still owed £4,928 for a Chanel bag that sold in December 2024.

I have emailed, called, and followed every procedure they asked for — including going through their own 60-day dispute resolution process starting in August 2025. Someone from the team was in touch for a while, but despite me calling every week for the past 2 months, although customer service is helpful to try and flag my case, I have not recieved a single word from the accounts team in the past few months.

What’s more worrying is that CSD publicly replied to my earlier review claiming I was “paid in full,” which is not true. I have statements, and partial payments showing the opposite. This discrepancy has now been passed to Trading Standards for review.

I am still waiting for the payment that is owed to me. I’m sharing this here so that anyone considering consigning with them is aware of the situation.

I took my items in 3 months ago they sold immediately I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks for payment . I have been emailing endlessly to no avail. They have broken their agreement I will never sell through them again or recommend them to anyone I know. It is really outrageous to have to wait such a long time to be paid

Still waiting for payment after months of chasing

The worst experience I have ever had consigning a product. I consigned an item with CSD London for them to sell, and after three months with no update, I had to chase them to find out whether it had been sold or not. They later replied saying it had been sold and that I would receive payment two weeks after the return period ended. It has now been more than three months since that message. I have been following up every week, but all I receive are vague replies that keep pushing the payment to the following week. To make things worse, their online platform does not show the item I consigned or any record of its sale. Nothing appears there at all. It has been a very poor experience.

Maybe “CSD” refers to the company’s own fate

Couldn’t agree more with the comments re this company being a total scam. I think they’re on the brink of receivership. I can’t get into my online account. I called and they said they would have someone called me back. Still waiting three months on. Having chased them almost daily (now they don’t pick up) they said my LV bag was sold. Yet they’re unable to tell me when and for how much, yet for the last three months I have been on a “priority list” to have funds (that no one is able to tell me how much we’re talking) remitted to me. Am going to instruct a solicitor and inform trading standards. They should not be allowed to trade. Utter joke and as another seller said, takes out all the joy of selling…

Horrific

Horrific - I think their business plan is that their sellers don’t check their bank accounts. Took over ten phone calls, dozens of emails and circa 5 months for them to finally pay me. And the items went for WAY less than I agreed.
