DO NOT USE THIS 3PL.

This has been the worst 3PL experience I’ve ever had and I feel obligated to warn other small businesses.

They charged carton rates to inbound stock, including $24 to inbound a single pallet of 6,000 units. When I decided to leave, they then charged $0.50 per unit to release my own stock — resulting in a bill of over $4,000 just to get my inventory back.

They withheld my stock, locked the doors, and refused to let me in to speak with anyone. I was forced to call the police before they finally allowed access. I had no choice but to pay to retrieve my stock as my business was being directly impacted.

Even after this, product exchanges were still delivered to their warehouse and they ignored all communication and refused to release that stock as well.

There are A LOT of hidden fees. They promote themselves as “cost-saving,” but in reality they cost my business thousands and caused unnecessary stress, delays, and disruption.

If you are a small business, avoid this company at all costs. Learn from my mistake.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever. Their tech never worked and fulfilled the wrong part of their orders. I have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. They overcharged me at a rate of 100% for mailing, they charged me unit rate on a third of my stock to exit, and for over 700 boxes when I inbound 500 boxes and have sold half. They charged me unit size for storage instead of carton rate. Their tactics are no accident. They hide important information so you have to manually calculate mailing and storage etc to catch them out.

Laughably horrible - trying to charge me $253 to send a 1 kilogram parcel to metro Brisbane.

I’ve been working with csg 3pl for 3 years and am now extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the services I recieve. Overcharges every week, in addition to fees that can’t be explained by their staff. Their staff are inexperienced and lack professionalism, and have consistently failed to deliver a fair and reasonable service. If you are thinking about a 3pl, avoid this one there are plenty more that are better.

We trusted CSG 3PL to manage our Australia-based Amazon fulfillment. Over 828 units went unaccounted for. Technical system failures delayed fulfillment for weeks. We were invoiced for storage even when delays were their fault. Multiple SKUs were misrecorded. We acted in good faith and were met with avoidable mistakes.

Adding to the concern, we noticed a surge in vague 5-star reviews from one-time reviewers. Buyer beware.
