One remark is that the level up bonus and such is very poor. There's other casino's offering a better or higher overal reward program, but industry wise it's the same. The thing i just cannot get my head around is that i'm ahead on this casino and its just impossible to break the losing spell that followed right afterwards. I have a huge problem with this casino. I was playing the crash game and I've played literally thousands of rounds. I play larger amounts anywhere from 1 to 100 dollar rounds. This time I'm playing 20 dollar rounds and there's no problems at all , no connection issues nothing when all the rounds are crashing at like 1x to 3x. Than all of a sudden the next round my bet button is greyed out and it's not letting me bet. The timer showed 7 seconds left to bet when I'm hitting it and it's not letting me bet that one round. Yea, guess what happens, it crashes at 50x. I'm a person that cashes out high all the time usually 20x +. So I'm under the assumption their system knew that round was coming up and I was betting 20 dollars a round at the time so it didn't let me bet. Cost me 400 dollars minimum. I notified support because I wanted an answer and they told me it's a connection issue on my end for the round. That's crap, I have high speed internet and funny I've never had a connection issue on all the round I bet and it crashed at 1 to 3x and took all my money, literally thousands of them. The one round I would of cashed over 400 I get a connection issue. Ok, sure so I'm to believe it was just a coincidence it did it on a 50x round, the first one in like 60 rounds. I told support I'm 100% sure it was manipulated and they said it's not possible , but come on that's not a coincidence that's intentional. They can and will control their games , they know the outcomes before Hand and if it's gonna cost them too much they will block your bet from going through . I got nothing in return at all besides support trying to play me for a fool and I know better. I could see maybe it was a connection issue if it had happened before but never in thousands of rounds and just so happens on a high rounds. No coincidences like that don't just happen, the casino tracks all your playstyle, knew a high round was coming up and I would cash above 20x and it would cost them over 400 dollars so blocked the bet. Shady casino ran by shady people. You can bet only when they want you to and only if it won't cost them. Everything is known to them by their "secret seed" that's not verifiable until the day after its used.

Follow up to your answer: umm actually I was the only one playing your crash game at the time and I've never seen in thousands of rounds playing anyone win thousands of dollars on it. It would be very easy for it to know what's coming up since I was the only one. If you aren't trying to cheat me out of my winning than why did it block my bet button for the round with 7 seconds left on the timer and I had full internet connection at the time. I checked all my specs at the exact moment and I was running 900 mb/s with 0 connection interruptions, I said I have very fast internet. Every round I bet before that where is crashed at 1x 11 times in a row never blocked my bet. Not until the round crashed at 50x did it decide and block my bet. You can say whatever you want but this was no coincidence , it was intentional and the fact that noone has done anything to try and make it somewhat right speaks volumes of how you value your vip players who lose thousands a week in your casino like me. Like i said I've played thousands of rounds of crash and never once have I ever had a connection interruption until i was betting higher and I always cash out at high multipliers. To your other point about the house always knowing the round before hand , that answers it right there about whether it could block my bet or not. Funny how right after that my bet button was opened back up and I could bet the very next rounds that all crashed under 2x. I was cheated out of a minimum of 400 dollars , you know it, and noone tried to do anything to make it right even with me being a vip on the site having wagered 100s of thousands this month alone. Let's hope you try and make this right or i Will make as much noise about this issue as humanly possible whereever I can.

Good idea overall with the casino. The slots part is good and can recommend. The sportsbook is terrible. When you place a livebet and cross the box "don't accept if the odds changes" it will be accepted if the odds gets higher - but not if the odds get lower. When you cash out it works the same, gets denied (as it should) if cash out gets lower. But gets accepted if the cash out gets higher. So if you are in to a good sportsbook i would not recommend it at all.

and that's how I was treated by them. I put my bets live, I was waiting 24 hours to accept my bets as a won, since I won the final score was 1-3. After 24hours they said the match is cancelled, because it was "bugged". 2 weeks ago same admin said every single bet put on live stay "save" because it's bet live and it can be open window to still put the bet even if they score goal or the goal is cancelled To prove you and protect by them I give you screenshots when you can see what happened. They accept my bet as a won yesterday, but today everything is like a cancel.
