I was puting in balance through cs2 skins. When i traded i lost my skin but didn't get any balance. When i contacted support they said that someone had gotten my steam api key so they scammed me. After that i traded with my friend and that worked all fine. When i said to them it was wrong on their side they just ignored me. If i were you guys i wouldn't trust the website. Thay scam and the support is rudely ignoring you when they do something wrong.

However, this doesn't always provide a foolproof solution.

Additionally, it provides a link to the official Steam forum thread where Steam acknowledges its limitations in such situations, as unfortunate as it may be.
