After spending thousands of dollars, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using CSFloat.

I attempted to withdraw my funds on April 7, but the payout failed due to ongoing issues between Stripe and Saudi banks. Since then, my money has been stuck in a “ready for payout” state in Stripe with no way for me to access it.

What’s worse is the lack of effective support. I’ve reached out multiple times, but responses have been generic and unhelpful, with no real effort to investigate or resolve the issue. I’ve been told conflicting information, and it feels like responsibility is being passed back and forth instead of actually helping the user.

This situation has been ongoing for a while now and is both frustrating and stressful. For a platform handling real money, I expected much better communication and support.

I hope CSFloat takes this seriously and improves how they handle payout issues and customer concerns.

Prices are good, fees are low. Literally impossible to get scammed as they have a good system in place to prevent it. Bought and sold over 1k$ worth in sales on this website as an average joe.

Sales with deliberately low prices, support without a human agent, and in addition to the 8-day Steam processing time (which we're used to), they add another 5 days to withdraw the balance via Stripe. I'll never sell here again and I don't recommend them (DashSkins is better!).

I sold items on csfloat 7 days ago after the trade ban all my money disappeared. I did not even list them and I even enabled 2FA 7 days ago when I sold. Today all my money are gone $4k worth . I created a ticket they said that I disabled 2FA and its my fault. I did not disable 2FA and there was no notifications when sold as well. I have 2FA enabled. SO csfloat security messed up bad.
