Played a decent bit on this site, got to like level 50 after losing a net total of give or take $1,000. Figured I sit back for like a week or so and just chill and collect daily rewards. After a while I realize that I was banned under the message "please contact support." The agent tells me that "higher-ups" will make a decision and after 24 hours they decided my account will stay banned without giving me a exact reason as to why I'm banned. Never once chatted on the website or did anything that I could possibly imagine could get me banned other than not losing money constantly on the site. So much for "best rewards on the market"

Pls I need help I put all my skins in and it said wait 7days and you well get 300cpins and the next day I bought 35clins and showed id and got banned so I just lost all my money and skins pls help

So far the support is pretty fast in resolving things, whats a good thing. But there are certain things I dont really like. First of all getting banned from the free chat-rain claim, cause you're simply too active on the site. Thats really bad - they will unban after 24 hours, but that the anti-bot detection is so bad to mistake someone who is actively writing and playing for a bot doesn't seem proper to me. I also think that the rates being displayed are not truly what they are shown as. But no matter what, the experience is fun, the chat is very engaging, animations and layout is very clean. Overall I like this site the most at this moment and I can recommend it. But always play responsible! (And use code Brokkoli 😂)

//Edit (20.01.2026): I leave my previous review to show the contrast of the situation, especially since its the same regard. First of all, the support is still always fast and helpful. Loosing is part of gambling and I dont complain on that end. What I am heavily annoyed about is the fact that I am very very active on that site, yet I still got banned from the chat-rain (which is mostly funded from the community) again. After the second ban they wont lift it anymore. I told them to check the chat-logs and my depo history, becasue a few minutes before I got banned I even re-depod' again and was actively chatting and aslo playing. I even instantly messaged them the moment I got banned. How would a bot know how to do all this? Even avoiding my bank app to verify with a fingerprint, that this payment will be allowed? For a csgambing site?.. Well.. Yet I still get accused of being a bot and I got mocked for that. Only because I was active for too long for their understanding and they dont believe someone would play that much, according to their statements. Whats that for a reason? I took it at first, but its just insane. So after my non successful attempt going over support, I waited for the moment on the websites chat to call out an admin directly, surely in a more humorful way - to not start this off on the wrong foot for both sides. The support itself is just sitting inbetween in such a case, so I thoght it may be a better shot to try again this way. The admin first responded with, quote "if you have a second ban you deserve it", so I quickly responded with the facts I mentioned above. A bot cant access my bank to approve payments, keep chatting like I do, play like an idiot, loose it and depo again. After that the admin on the sites chat checked out the situation I assume, but not to its full extend. Because then the statement was, that I was active for 19 hours and nobody would be that active. I mean, what? I obviously was, especially if you have weekend / holidays and you enjoy it with many others to gamble, why not? Pretty sure I was active for longer at that time cause there were some days where I havent slept cause my rythm was bad and I tried to fix it a bit. Let aside the addiction itself. If I understood correct I even claimed every chat rain during these 19 hours, which I am not aware of - so I cant tell if thats true or not. But even this wont change the fact that I was actively on the site, actively playing, actively chatting, actively depoing'. If thats not proving a point, what else would? So after I made clear that the admin should please check out the chatlogs and my depo history around that time, which can simply reveal my activity, he just went silent and that was it. A moderator then said to stop argueing and move discussions to support, which obviously wont change anything. But what did I do? I messaged the support again with the details and the slight hope they properly check it out. To quickly summarize the response in my words "As it was once looked on by an admin, it wont ever be lifted again.". I mean I get that they want to ban bots, but an active player who spent quite alot (near level 80, for those who wonder) on their site.. I dont get it. But its worth to note the whole situation here and that they simply dont care, even for something they dont fund in the amounts where all these bots suddenly join to claim the rain-drops. Bot detection can be done much better, the actual seem to be simply based of claim-activity, cause it fits the statements I got so far. Very sad and thats actually pretty frustrating.

Update:They replied saying they could review my case again, but in reality they just told me once more that they couldn’t give me any information.

If you want to lose your funds and skins use csgogem.com. I deposited funds and after 5 days my knife got hit by the api scam. I contacted support and explained the situation. Which also resulted in CSGOGEM recieving my winnings back. I had to revert everything to get my knife back. I deposited funds, played fairly. And lost my skin, after contacting csgogem they said they couldn´t do anything. Eventhough they had the deposit AND the skin. They banned me for refunding my deposit. But they didn´t give the gloves back that i fairly won.

I only initiated the refund when they didn´t even consider to atleast give me some form of compensation. Eventhough they had my funds and skins themselves. Shameful. I thought csgogem would be more fair than csgoempire. I´ll go back to giving monarch my funds from now on.

This is now the third time I’m writing a review for CSGOGEM, and I just want to share my thoughts with anyone who reads this. My son’s account still hasn’t been returned. They’ve replied to my reviews multiple times, saying they supposedly understand our situation and telling me to contact their customer support again. I’ve explained our side twice, and they’ve responded to my reviews twice—saying all these things that make it seem like they genuinely care about their clients, but in reality, they don’t.
If you truly understood our situation, my son’s account would have already been unbanned, but you still haven’t done it. My only advice is to fix your policies and stop posting nice replies to your clients’ reviews if you don’t sincerely mean them or genuinely understand the situation

I tried using my id card and im under 18 so yeah i understand that it didnt work but i had to try and a put in 6 dollars before i did it becuse it didnt say anywere that i had to verify with id bur den i got permantly banned from the side and didnt get my money back and now i cant enter juicy the creators youtube channel its just says that it isnt available so its a scam dont trust this
