I will never buy anything from this website again and highly recommend that anyone reading this review avoids it as well. I spent over £300 on a Fortnite account and got scammed. The email and password I received on the purchase page were incorrect. I spent over five hours trying to resolve the issue but got nowhere. The help chat claimed to offer instant replies, but that couldn’t be further from the truth—I waited over an hour for a response, and after that, I received a reply only every 30–60 minutes, all of which were useless.

Bought an account that was already Steam locked, the customer service is advertised by "reply almost immediately" , it took 20 mins for them to reply "order number please" and then after, they saw no issues whatsoever, even tho i posted a picture with Steam locked happended 18th december and i bought it 17th february, they wont refund anything. They wont get me a new account, its just a big fraud company scamming people. I bet all the positive reviews are bots.

Could be better if they were telling the truth about 24/7 service I just bought a GTA five account for my PS five this morning and I thought everything was going to be fine because I used them for my PS4 account just few days ago no issues but today when I buy one today said the password is wrong I tried changing it and the birthday year that they gave me was wrong so then I decided to try to reach out and go on their website and I see 24 seven chat on website or go to discord well the last two hours i’ve been on their website trying to find this 24 seven chat which I can’t so then I go and download discord just to figure out it’s a welcome page. No one is there to help you. I’ve currently been waiting almost 4 hours just for someone to help me and about to never use these guys again and never recommend them it’s not like they’re cheap

They will flat out ignore refund requests. Got a non working account so I purchased another one and it worked. A full week later and they are just ignoring request for refund on the inop account. Customer service is almost non existent in this company. Buyer beware
