terrible store… every day , new delivery date 🫩

terrible store… when ordering the product it was 3 days delivery, I waited 2 weeks and they sent me an email every day with a new delivery date… so my patience could not stand it anymore I cancelled the order.
Then I ordered the product from another store and received the product within 1 day

Professional wahl clipper

Bought a professional wahl clipper. It was a quality product. It took longer than expected to arrive though because the product was not available in their warehouse and they had to order it in. The INSTABox service used for the post was also weird because it asked for bank ID verification.

You've sent request for feedback about my order and purchase, yet its been more than a week since I am waiting to get any news about it?!
Please do get more serious and send request for feedback after you are sure that I've got the item...
Posten status stil says that they are notified about it but have not recieved the item...

Same goes for me...

Thank you for the update with your invoice number.

I can see that we dispatched your package on March 31st. Due to the public holidays over Easter, the package was first scanned on April 8th, which explains the delay.

I can now see that the package is in transit and should be delivered within the next few days.

Keep everything that came with your purchase!

Do not throw anything, including the packaging of anything you buy. My computer broke and it took CS Megastore 2.5 months to resolve it.

First it took their service department a month and a week to even acknowledge my case, and then their service department rejected the case because a cooling fan was not included in packaging, which was completely unrelated to the issue.

Only thanks to a support person, who believed in our case, got our claim resolved when they shipped the broken part to Corsair. We got back a refurbished part which works perfectly.

I have been buying from CS Megastore a fair bit, but I have lost my trust in them actually upholding their legal responsibility to service broken parts.

I was without a functional computer for over 3 months, and that hurt my productivity and other personal obligations.

Unfortunately, we must emphasise that most repair centres require the entire product – including all accessories – to be returned in order to process a complaint. This is a standard procedure that ensures the repair centre has everything necessary to diagnose and repair the product correctly. Although the packaging is not essential, it is important that the product itself and its accessories are complete when sent to us.

We apologise for the long wait and the challenges you have faced along the way. We are pleased that our support team was eventually able to help resolve your issue and that you have now received a working, refurbished part. We will take your feedback on board and work to improve our processes so that similar situations are avoided in the future.

One of the worst online stores

One of the worst online stores. The service is terrible; I've been waiting over a month for a response. And I've been without my working tool for six weeks now. I had to buy a new one because csmegastore.no won't help.

Horrible Delivery TIme

I ordered a phone and a flash drive, but one of the products was not ready in their system even though their website showed it as available. As a result, the delivery was delayed for more than a week. I contacted customer service and asked if they could ship the items separately since one wasn’t ready, but I never received a response. I’ve received products faster when ordering from overseas. Not recommended.

Delivery time is extra long, paid returns

Delivery time is extra long, I receive packages from China faster. In case you need to return the package you will have to pay for that, even if the item was delivered broken. Consider other alternatives, even if the price is lower here.
