I had ordered a Smith Machine to build our home gym - we were REALLY excited about getting the equipment delivered. I had to ask some days after ordering if it was possible to cancel because my pregnancy was turning out a little different than planned - I expressed my concerns to CSM Fitness USA, and they not only easily reversed the order, but they waived the cancellation fee for me given the circumstances for my family. When we are ready, we WILL be buying from CSM :)

Very dissatisfied in delivery ,was left in garage on a 100lb pallet the driver wouldn't take back. I have no way to get this xr6000 inside as I am immobile, an my daughter has major health issues as well. I was hopefully to get started in stenthening my legs ,since it's low impact I chose this model an company over NUSTEP.. Very unfortunate

Great people to deal with

Service was great and product was great.

Was excited at first to get my home gym from this company at a great price. Paid $150 for delivery. Ordered on 6/17. Was told that Monday it would probably go out Friday. On Saturday 6/24 I was told it would be delivered Monday. I was fine with that. Monday came and went. No emails or communication as to why it didn't show up. Then I was told it would come Friday 6/30. On Friday morning I get an email that it wouldn't be until 7/7 that it was going to be delivered due to call outs by employees. I understand issues with employees, as I own a business, however the delivery is only about 15-20 miles away. I offered to have it picked up on 7/1 and was told they are closed for the holiday weekend. At this time we agreed to a refund. This is an unfortunate situation as there is no excuse for this to happen. I could understand if it was a lot of equipment or long distance, however, this is neither the case. It's extremely disappointing as now I have to find a new home gym as I was looking forward to working with this company to order more. Hopefully they get it together.
