Went to store on hwy 49 in Gulfport and manager was rude,and was told I had to pay a $50 restock fee for a phone that is only a day old.
Don’t go here on the weekends

Service is generally great but...
Service is generally great. My only complaint is that towers go down more often than I'd like to think is normal, and a slew of customers complain and threaten to switch to another provider. As I mentioned, service is wonderful for the most part, but a network problem happens every few months for sure. Hopefully, they are working to strengthen their network so that this won't happen as much, or at all preferably.
