CS Watches Reviews

Aside from a great product, great service and great customer support 👍

Was recommended CS Watches after seeing a watch on Instagram - Ben was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. The watch was completed earlier than expected, competitively priced and beautiful. Couldn't recommend more.

A high quality product with equally as high quality customer services- really informative and helpful

Great watch received as per the order process and arrived within a reasonable time given the postal strikes.

Awesome watch
Watch is perfect in every detail will be using as my daily watch as fed up of charging smart watches so this quality at this price is a no brainer!
Ben responds to emails promptly which is a rare thing lately
Will look at some higher end models in the future

I purchased a Seiko modder from CS Watches. I received the watch when and as promised. It’s gorgeous. You can feel and see the quality. And I’ve gotten tons of compliments - ironically including by employees of a Grand Seiko store. Very happy

From seeing the watch on Instagram to enquiring if it was still available and requesting a custom strap, Ben made sure everything was met on time. I received the custom Abyss Divers watch within 4 weeks and I was absolutely blown away by the quality. It feels way more expensive and the attention to detail is impeccable. Bens customer service is absolutely spot on as well. I’ll definitely be buying another watch again in future.

Great product and process, thanks Ben!

Quick turn around time for a completely customized watch. Watch is absolutely stunning cannot ask for better. Excited to give it to my friend for Christmas.

Very happy with the service I received but most of all I’m happy with the watch! It’s beautiful. With CSW you get that winning combination!

Very professionally made purchasing process along with the top class customer service made my experience buying the watch super easy and stress-free.

Also the watch itself is fantastic, photos and videos dont make it full justice.

The watch is really nice and fits incredibly well on my wrist. I love it. I think I may be getting another one soon.

Ben is a great business owner, I’ve now two beautiful pieces on my collection!

What a fantastic watch I received today from Ben even better than the pictures from ordering to receiving was about 3 weeks slightly less
Will definitely look to buy a new piece soon to add to my collection
The movement is great and design fantastic seiko have been trying to match the mods but long way off

Ordering from Ben is a 10/10 experience, he is a professional and does his work with excellence, from ordering a watch to getting it to my address, the experience is immaculate.

Superb quality, much shorter lead time then told me while ordering, great service and communication. Everything like expected, definitely not the last watch I’ve bought!

Ben is extremely professional and provides a top-quality experience. This is my first Seiko/Seiko mod. As I usually purchase higher-end timepieces. But this may be my new favorite piece; it’s stunning, and the build quality is unmatched. Ben knew I had a watch event and was kind enough to expedite my timepiece, and it was not missing any love or attention to detail. I can’t wait to share this beauty with my fellow collectors.

Ben, you have a new client. I am already looking at my next “cs custom” thanks again.

Cheers!

I just received my watch and I suuuuper love it.It’s a perfect present to go with me and a new job.
