Decent price decent gear would use again 100%

I have been a builder for over 30years and have used all the merchants out there and they are all pretty soulless, but Clifton’s branch at Minworth is different- because of the staff, they are welcoming, warm and engaging. Debbie and Lucy know all there is to know about all the products and help you to get the right bathroom and components required to make your job exceptional.
I have sent customers to Clifton’s and told them to ask for Debbie and they have all thanked me and have had a great experience, I have on a couple of occasions been stuck on a job and have called Debbie for advice and she has found me the parts I would need to complete the job and put the parts in their van, collected some other parts from other stores and got them out to me on site. Exceptional staff make the branch what it is and Debbie goes above and beyond. A big thank you to all the staff there; 5 stars every time.

I have been using Clifton's minworth branch for a couple of years now always an amazing service from Debbie and Lucy always look after us with sales/aftercare never have any issues and amazing products. All the staff are helpful and always friendly.

We first went here in April and with Debbie we brought a complete bathroom and flooring for bathroom and kitchen which she helped us all the way
After all completed last week to realise we did not have enough flooring with 1 phone call she was able to get all delivered within the hour for the fitter to finish the flooring

I can recommend Clifton trade bathrooms in Minworth Sutton Coldfield for excellent service by Deb and the team. Great selection of products at good prices. Always happy to help.

I’ve been working with Debbie at Cliftons for some time now for all my bathroom project supplies, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better support. Her customer service is absolutely excellent – she’s always friendly, incredibly helpful, takes the time to listen to exactly what’s needed, and makes sure everything is spot on every single time.

Debbie is 100% reliable; nothing is too much trouble, she keeps me updated on orders, availability and lead times, and I know I can always count on her to get things right and move quickly when I’m working to tight schedules. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the aftercare from Clifton Trade Bathrooms has been extremely disappointing.

We purchased a complete bathroom from the Cheltenham branch, and it was installed in December 2025. Around seven months later, the toilet seat snapped clean through the middle, so I contacted the branch to request a replacement.

It took several emails to eventually get a reply, confirming that a replacement would be sent, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was where the customer service ended.

Weeks later, still no replacement and no response.

Mistakes and delays happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. A simple email updating me on the situation would have been enough.

I hope someone from head office sees this and resolves what should have been a straightforward warranty issue.

I was put in touch with Clifton Bathrooms Altrincham by my bathroom fitter. I already knew what I wanted as I was replicating another bathroom so I didnt need a design service or showroom. As soon as I arrived to go over the order I was expected and felt looked after and in good hands. Julliette Wimbles went above and beyond going over the order in detail to make sure I had peace of mind and I left feeling confident that the order would arrive correct and that even if it didnt any issues would be rectified. The whole team came across as passionate and seemed to genuinly love working together. The drivers that delivered the goods were also friendly and cheerful.

Amazing service, we was seen and helped by Cal over the last few days. What can I say.... He was extremely friendly, helpful and was always on hand with all his knowledge. And extremely patient as I like to change my mind.
We are so excited to get our new bathroom fitted. I can't thank cliftons Birkenhead enough for getting us the best price possible. Thanks Cal your a credit to your team

Needed a replacement part and shower head for the shower, which was on a discontinued line. Went to Clifton Trade Bathrooms in Bolton and the Manager went out of his way to find a replacement that would fit from old stock. Saved me a lot of trouble and generously said there was no charge as was only a small part. I ended up buying a new shower head and left a happy customer. Great customer service.

Excellent service from Andy at the Bolton Branch.He dealt with any questions or changes quickly and professionally.Nothing was ever too much trouble.Always polite and friendly.My en-suite looks lovely,the products are of high quality and I’m really happy with the finished result.I would definitely recommend Clifton Bathrooms and would happily use them again.

I recently purchased everything for a new bathroom which was fine, Clifton’s provided me with cards for three possible fitters. Two of these didn’t turn up as arranged so we employed the one who did. He completed the job but I had to sort a few minor items out. Approximately six months later we discovered a leaking cistern which he fixed but wanted nothing to do with the resultant damage to the cabinet. I contacted Clifton’s head office in Bolton who have ignored my email and the fitter is also ignoring any contacts. On to Citizens Advice now as this matter is going to be resolved one way or another. Just be careful of any of their ‘trusted tradesmen’ as they seem to be unreliable or incompetent.
