Amazingly helpful

Amazingly helpful - trained the users, serviced the panel and all sensors, allowed us to video the training and was super friendly to us and the animals. Would def recommend and will be back for business next year. Thanks Jack!

New alarm system installation

Will and Ged came to replace the existing system and installed the new one. They then took the time to thoroughly explain how the new App based system works after installing it on our mobiles.
I recommend CTB Alarms their team is professional and knowledgeable and installed a UK made system.
A great local business that takes pride in their work.

Upgraded alarm system installation

Jack came to replace the existing system and installed the new one quickly and easily. He then took his time to thoroughly explain how the new system works (it was very straight forward and easy!) and showed me how to use the app and ensured the app was all setup and ready to go.

I highly recommend CTB Alarms as I’ve being using their services for around about 9 years now and never had a problem! A great local business that takes pride in their work! 10/10

Will and Jez were great

Will and Jez were thoroughly professional and considerate. The work was carried out efficiently and everything was explained clearly and suggestions for extending the system were explained without any feeling of sales pressure. We would highly recommend this company.

We have used CTB alarms for many years…

We have used CTB alarms for many years and have total confidence in their service. We recently decided to upgrade our system and Katie was extremely helpful in advising us about the different options. Will and Gez installed the new system efficiently, with minimal disruption. Will was very patient in demonstrating how to operate it. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are always reliable and professional. Thank you!
