ordered a wheel on line andpaid for it following day sent me a refund with no explanation as to why . would have been nice to have a reason it's like they can't really be bothered , but I might be wrong .

I ordered a basic part for a pump which has never been delivered despite "some" correspondence and then radio silence:
- Ordered 9/1/26
- Nothing arrived so chaser email sent 16/1/26 + 19/1/26
- 20/1/26 received response saying there was clearly an issue with Royal Mail and they would resend on 20/1/26 1st class signed for
- 23/1/26 emailed for update as not received
- 27/1/26 and 29/1/26 chased as still no sign, requested proof of postage as that would have been available if really sent 1st class signed for
- 3/2/26 and 16/2/26 sent further chasers but complete radio silence

Clearly there is an issue with this company. Take a look at company house - no accounts published since 30th October 2021 and currently status "Active - active proposal to strike off"

Given the lack of delivery and lack of correspondence I can only assume this is a dodgy company

Fantastic Service and got my bike bike working on the road with the hour amazing

Replacement of brake cables and pads. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

This review would be zero stars if it could be. Complete scam company. Took my money for an order, sent a confirmation and then... tumbleweed. Unable to contact them through any medium -- phone, email, web contact form, no response. Having to try and get a refund by disputing the charge with my card provider. Absolute waste of time. Not a legit company. Wish I'd have seen the endless Google reviews of people having the exact same problem over and over number of years. Unsure how a "business" like this is still allowed to operate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a shower. Placed an order for a spoke tool, no order confirmation, no email, nothing. Few days later, emailed them for update and received a response that the payment was delayed by Paypal processing, which I've never ever had before. Money taken from account, but still no item after 3 weeks. Tried calling their landline numerous times, no answer, emailed a couple of times, no response. Owner Mr. Jamshaid Akhtar is in full radio silence mode with my money. Then had the hassle of pursuing a refund through my bank. Avoid at all costs!

Not scammers, just unbelievably ridiculously slow. However, the did sent the goods in the end by first class signed for post. I have had stuff come from China faster.

Ordered some lubricant. Never arrived and company doesn't reply to emails.

Called on the day - was able to drop it off same day - on inspection said he could do it whilst I waited and charged a very decent fee.

Avoid. Placed an order and received confirmation. Heard nothing more despite emailing and trying to call the number provided that was constantly unavailable.

Ended up going via PayPal for a refund.

Buyers beware. My experience suggests CT Bikes is a rogue online trader. I wish I had read the reviews of other people who have been ripped off before buying from them. I bought a pair of cycle wheels from them which arrived broken. They said they sent me a replacement part, but it didn’t arrive. They are not answering my emails and the telephone number on their website doesn’t work.

Item never sent. They tried to blame the courier but there was no notification from the courier that they had received the goods from the seller, as always happens with this courier if genuine. Seller ignored multiple requests for refund. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Didn't read any reviews before ordering from Ctbikes, should have. Another case of ordering one thing and getting another for me. Don't have time to chase refunds etc.. Not recommended.

Trek Soho with dodgy brakes. I took it to CT Bikes. Caz fixed them in a couple of minutes. Explained what was going on and didn't charge a penny. Excellent service. Cannot recommend them enough. Top bloke!

Quality service and knowledge of everything bikes. I have used ct bikes for about eight years and have nothing but praise for them. Brilliant service at a brilliant price. Can't recommend this place enough.

This company, these guys are fantastic, they kept me upto date with my bike order, they called me personally to tell me it will be delayed in delivery (not their fault either) courier issues, they went up and beyond and delivered my bike personally himself late in the evening of 5th March.

I've heard/seen bad reviews about this company, I don't see why!! I can't thank them enough, they even sent me a text the following morning apologising for the late delivery, so thoughtful.

That's what I call excellent customer communication skills, reliable and trustworthy.

Fantastic company ordered a rim and a groupset from there website and it arrived 3 days later, no hassle and was cheaper than other companies on line and came with free delivery

Total scam, don't order anything from these guys, it will not arrive. Please check their reviews online before considering buying anything from them. I don't know how these guys are still in buisness looks like they have been scamming and lying to people for 5+ years

I ordered a chainring from Oldham Bikes on OnBuy.com which is actually CTBikes. In the end the part was no longer available but they kept me informed and onBuy reimbursed my original payment. Can't ask for fairer than that.
