Ordered the product for collection from Cardiff store , which unfortunately is shut (not on website) so had to pay for delivery as unable to collect from Bristol. The product was very competitively priced but the cost of delivery pushed the price back up. Arrived on time and in excellent condition

Late with the click and collect times.
I've made 2 orders. The first was a day late coming into store and several broken tiles in the boxes.
The second order was already 2 days late and I still hadn't had a notification to say that it had come in to store. This meant I had to take an hour out of my working day to collect the tiles.
There was a decent deal on the tiles.

I ordered and payed for tiles to click and collect 2 days before I was meant to get them the emailed me to say they had sold out
I got a refund but then had to go and find tiles elsewhere

Great Service,friendly and helpful.
Excellent advice and help from Ellie and John H when recently buying 2 lots of tiles and trims .
Great choice of tiles available one lot used and they look fantastic.
Must say all staff in the shop helpful and friendly but not pushy
Also dog friendly so could browse with our boy 🐶 on a short lead to keep out of mischief
Will be back to shop for my next project.

Total lack of interest in any business
Entered show room, nobody there, walk around a bit, someone looked in from another room to say that he could leave the till and that there was nobody else. seem very uninterested in any business. so i left. I have never come across such poor customer service.

Very pleased with our tiles
Very pleased with our tiles, which arrived promptly. It was very useful to be able to return excess tiles to the local store. It would be good to be able to take samples home from the store.
