Wonderful, friendly and helpful service.
Phoned to check stock items and Fran confirmed availability. (I needed to ensure this, as it was a 160 mile round trip to collect these items). Upon arrival, was warmly welcomed by Fran and John and Jack proceeded to source items for me. They were extremely helpful with added advice towards my re-tiling project. I must congratulate CDT Carlisle and their staff for the friendly and helpful approach. They are a glowing example to what customer service is all about.

Shop staff helpful
Tried to order a collection on line which was a nightmare said I could pick up adhesive in a weeks time went into the shop nothing was to much trouble and everything in stock

Helpful staff
Visited CTD 4 times lately to purchase and return surplus tiles. All members of staff were extra helpful. Required additional tiles on one visit and they sourced the same batch number from another depo. All very polite and could not have done more.

Brilliant tile merchants.
Went into the shop for a browse and was so impressed by the displays, selection and customer service we bought on the spot. Excellent service from Jack who was so helpful. No need to go anywhere else!

Mark and Carlisle branch
Mark at the Carlisle branch has consistently gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during an extensive renovation including an entire 1st floor under floor heating system and two bathrooms using CTD tiles. He did everything he could to help when others let us down. The delivery drivers have also always been friendly and helpful. Everyone I’ve interacted with at CTD has been knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

We were amazed when Mark remembered the three different tiles we bought for different rooms about a year ago when building our house. She who must be obeyed now needed tiles that would complement what we had last time. Perfect memory, perfect suggestions. In and out in 10 mins. As the male half of the expedition I was delighted.

Great service, Stuart was really helpful when I needed to choose floor tiles and Mark recommended a very good tiler. Will be back when I need tiles for my kitchen.
