Excellent experience at the Chester branch. Huge range with good displays and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround for my order which I picked up myself. Easy returns process. An absolute joy compared to the awful experience I have had buying other tiles with online companies. Will recommend to others.

First class tile service
The staff were friendly, approachable and have an excellent knowledge of tiles and design. There is a great sample service and a good range of Gemini quality tiles at the store and we were given plenty of time to browse. Delivery was quick, on time and we were well informed. We will be going back to shop there again.

Great service & really good selection of tiles
Went into the Chester showroom in January and the guy in there was very helpful, friendly & informative. He gave us a quote for the tiles we chose & a couple of weeks later we went back to order them. They phoned a couple of days later to say the order was in so I called in to collect them and they loaded them in all into my vehicle. We ordered too many tiles for the job so returned some boxes and they refunded straight away. Great service all the way through and we love the tiles.

Always use CTD for my work as a tradesman but recently been doing my own bathroom ended up ordering the tiles late durning the prices but the guy managed to get the tiles within a few days also offered me delivery straight to my house when I mentioned I was abit to busy to pick them up on that day

Excellent service
Excellent service, they ordered three complimentary tiles to help me decide which tiles were best, they came in quickly, I got a phone call when they arrived and they were a great help. There were loads of superb tiles to choose from, the prices were fair (I’d looked all over town!) the quantity of adhesive and grout required was sorted and the tile trim suggested was just what I had in mind, but great value compared to other companies. The attitude of the staff was faultless, cheerful and helpful, not treating me as a nuisance, which some other stores had made me feel. If I ever need new tiles again, I would not hesitate to use CDT tiles, I think the gentleman who helped me most of the time was called Nick, but my memory is poor! In any case, when we went to collect the tiles (which also arrived quickly) both the gentleman I saw were great, loading the car, just old fashioned, pleasant service. If the tiler does as good a job, it will be brilliant. Thank you

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. Product arrived early to the store for collection. We added an extra bag and they called us from the store to confirm they had put it on one side. 10/10 for me. Wish every supplier was like this! Will use again
